Nice decor, spacious, fabulous central location, plenty of crockery and cutlery, lovely to arrive to a warm house
No temperature control in the shower, which only came out scalding hot. No recycling instructions. Absolutely no storage in the double room

The location was excellent. The welcome pack was lovely. The property was lovely and warm after tyhe central heating was sorted. The kitchen was adequate for most peoples requirements

Clean and welcoming, very comfortable bed and everything you need for your stay
Pots and pans are looking the worst for wear, and some cosmetic damage to the property needs addressing. Parking is difficult

The location was good with just a short walk to the town centre.
While the property is located at the rear of Wetherspoons we didn’t experience any noise.
Liked the open plan area.
Little in the way of kitchen utensils.
No wine glasses.
The outside area could do with some care & attention. We had to sweep the area before we could use the seating.
No welcome pack even though the booking site advertises one.
