An immaculately presented, 2 bedroom property with river views. Situated a stone’s throw from all popular village amenities and just a short drive from Skipton.. 1 step to entrance.

Bike store. On road parking. No smoking.. Duck Cottage is a beautifully presented two bedroom property in the popular village of Gargrave. Situated alongside one of the village greens, next to the River Aire, which you can see from the living room, main bedroom and outside seating area. This is a wonderfully picturesque setting to enjoy a well-deserved break.
Enter into the tastefully furnished living room with open fire, perfect for snuggling up during those colder evenings. Walk through to the open-plan kitchen and dining area with its lovely modern style with all of the amenities you could want during your holiday. Upstairs are two fabulous bedrooms, one a kingsize and the other a twin, both designed to leave you feeling relaxed and well rested. Gargrave has all of the amenities you could need with some fine pubs, shops and eateries. Why not enjoy a wonderful walk along the River Aire from the doorstep, which will take you towards the historic town of Skipton, with its 900-year old castle and quaint cobbled streets. Embsay Steam Railway is only a mile away from there and operates regularly towards picturesque Bolton Abbey. The famous limestone cliffs of Malham Cove are just 7 miles from Gargrave and are well worth visiting.The Yorkshire Dales National Park, Harrogate, York and the Lake District are all within driving distance. Whether you choose Duck Cottage as a base to explore or simply to enjoy Gargrave itself, your only regret will be that you hadn’t booked for longer. Shop, pub and restaurant 175 yards.
