Stayed before and will be staying again

Clean, very comfortable and lovely and warm. Great location - everything you need is in the flat.

Can get a little noisy and the hallway has a smell that can be a bit off putting but as we have stayed before we were aware of these minor issues

Excellent location, spacious, clean and well-stocked with facilities. Very good communication in advance.

A bit noisy on Saturday night because of the location - I was woken up by a drunk shouting for ages under the window at about 3am. Also the very bright street lamps outside the window weren’t very well blocked by the blinds; I have no street lamps at home so I’m a bit oversensitive to that (I kept thinking it was morning when I woke up in the night).

A very good value and convenient flat with everything you need

It was clean and functional, and very central (tho a bit noisy due to late opening bars nearby)

It was overbearingly hot with heating full on when we arrived and only 2 small windows that would open. Took over a day to cool it down to a bearable temperature

Excellent location, clean and comfortable, everything you require for an enjoyable mini break.

The location and the train station was within walking distance. The underfloor heating was a bonus if needed. The kitchen area was very comprehensive with everything you needed. The furniture was very comfortable and clean. Very comfortable beds and bedding and good WiFi.

The apartment lacked ventilation, double glazing that opened would have given a fresher feeling, some road noise in the early hours was evident. Having 3 televisions wasn’t necessary. Gaining access at the entrance door was a slight challenge at first, and throughout.

Great location, enjoyed our stay

The layout and style of the apartment was really nice and comfortable. Everything we needed was supplied and the fan was very useful. Location fantastic - obvs a little noisy being on a main road in the town centre but didn’t bother us

The fact we didn’t know before arriving that there was no terrestrial tv. Smart tv’s are supplied of course and we were lucky enough to have passwords saved on my phone to access bbc iplayer, Netflix etc. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again however

Superb Stay

Very spacious and modern apartment close to everything. Everything you need is there. It was a very hot weekend, which was helped by providing cooling fans, superb 😀

Potentially good place to say spolit by the noise coming from outside for 20 hours a day.

The appartnent was well appointed with quality items.

The old fashioned typw windows that have a gap between to small top and bigger bottom ones in ever room allowing every nouse to penettrate the property. Being in the centre of own revellers kept us awake until 0200 hrs thevfirst night and we got up shattered after less than four hours sleep due to the early morning traffic. Bought ear plugs and had a much better second night. Clients should becwarned in advance to bring ear plugs until something is done about the windows.

Very good but could be better.

The whole place was clean and tidy. Everything you expect and more. Excellent facilities and location.

With it being on the Main Street there was a lot of noise on the Friday and Saturday right till the early hours!! Maybe secondary glazing could help. It got quite warm and the window don’t open!! Maybe instead of normal blow fan an air con fan might be better in the warmer weather.

Wonderful town centre apartment

Lovely, roomy apartment. Very cosy. Had everything we could need. Fantastic location. Bigger than the photos would suggest. Just brilliant.

The only thing I could suggest is maybe to provide a couple more rolls of toilet paper. 3.5 rolls for 4 nights was a bit of a stretch. But then if we had needed more, we could have nipped over the road to Boyes, so this really wasn't an issue.

The apartment was very clean and comfy, excellent location everything you needed for a short break.will definitely be going back.

The one thing that I didn't like was not being able to open a window in the bedroom. But it wouldn't pit me off going again as there was a fan in the room.

No parking at the property, but the Long Term carpark on Cavendish Rd is good value and a short, easy stroll to the apartment.

Excellent accommodation, would love to return there next year, very impressed and satisfied.

Clear and accurate instructions from host, straightforward access to property as directed. We found the standard of the apartment very up to date and comfortable. Everything provided in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom were very clean and very good quality. We would like to book the same apartment for the same 2 nights again in 2024 (first weekend in December) for Christmas markets.

On entering the building there was a "musky" smell which I guess may have been the stair carpet, maybe overcome this with an air freshener placed in reception hall. The apartment was a little cold later at night. The outside lights were quite bright in bedroom.

The ship hotel apartment was a good weekend break apartment

It was well laid out, not too cluttered Everything was well provided for Clean and inviting and plenty of room Brilliant Indian restaurant in the area Would book again Information and booking was really easy Good hosts everything well explained Bed so comfy

The noise in an evening from the clubs nearby kept us up till 5am the first night First impressions into the hallway as you step inwas clean but wasn't inviting and had a slight smell of damp

Road was quite loud which didn't bother us as such but there was a lot of shouting from pub goers on a night. I went down and the main door wasn't locked once as well but I assume that was down to one of the other tenants rather than the owners.

We didn’t ‘not like ‘ anything the only down side was as the wi-fy wasn’t working although Dale did come and try and get it on. The windows do not open at all ( we like fresh air do it felt very stuffy. No mirrors in the bathroom😞😞
