Fantastic location. So many little touches. A much larger property, especially downstairs, thank thr photos would suggest. It was an amazing stay and we'll definitely be back.

Very well presented and equipped house. Very comfortable. We didn't get to use the kitchen equipment as we were too busy with work but it seemed to have everything you would need. The sofas were comfy and the beds were great. The house was located in a really handy spot for us as we didn't need to go through the town to get to the venue we were working in but was also very handy to the restaurants and pubs etc later on in the evening.

We like the location is it is our first visit to Skipton. The property was easy to find. However, parking can be tricky on a downward slope. Access to the house was easy, using a key lock code.
We like its location as it is within a stone's throw from the canal and we were able to walk along into the town. There is a supermarket within walking distance. There is adequate eating places.
Our host was very thoughtful offering a couple of biscuits in our cup and saucer. Provision was adequate for which we are grateful.
The front garden could be made more welcoming. It looked neglected.

Perfect for a base within Skipton for touring the Yorkshire Dales
The drive whilst very generous in size was at a steep angle and loose gravel which made manovering motorbikes very difficult. ( a unique problem for me i know but a consideration)

Location convenient for exploring area. Short walking distance into Skipton where there was a bus station and railway station, if needed. Canal walk close to the house.

We wanted a dog friendly property and this was perfect. The open plan kitchen / living room as well as the fully enclosed back garden ticked all the boxes.
The welcome tray on arrival was a great help until we could pop to the supermarket - which was roughly an 8 min walk or short drive.
Added bonus was having access to the Canal right next door, so it was a lovely 10 / 15 min stroll into Skipton.
