The service is top notch, front office is great. the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is commendable.
The very easy access to the shopping mall is fantastic.
The breakfast with indonesian food variety is amazing. Beautiful set up too. Can ask for delicious comfort fish soup! And i love the jamu drink options.
Need more towels and there were only 1 set of bathrobe & room sandal in our room. Need more guide on the AC setup in the room.

Direct Access to Pakuwon Mall/ Incredible staff. So courteous and welcoming. They went out of their way to provide avocado and greek yogurt- which was not on the menu! Bravo!!

location was central and linked to Pakuwon mall. Service staff from front desk to restaurant to engineering was helpful and courteous.
The sound insulation in the hotel was terrible. Its my main complaint. When other rooms’ shower was running, i could hear the shower. i was disturbed each time neighbours opens and closed the door. Even could hear next room’s flushing.
