Beautiful clean property

A tropical paradise in the middle of a very busy city! Staff were very attentive and our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of different options. Rooms were massive and the beds were comfortable. We would be back
Some of the room features are a bit dated but nothing major that affected our stay

Ambience overall, place to eat and staff behaviour
The charging ports in the rooms are very limited and at very absurd location which makes it difficult to charge electronics

The staff was very nice and the hotel was really pretty!
Bathtub and toilet in the room were rundown and we had to pay extra for early check in at the reception.
