We did really enjoy staying at Swiss Bellin tunjungan Surabaya! The staffs were very friendly and helpful., especially Ms. Maria Tulong that help to make our holidays in Surabaya very meaningful!
The hotel staffs were very care about the food for our son that allergic to the protein of cow milk and beef.

The ambience and cleanliness. The environment and it is very close to the shopping mall. Easy accessible .
The bathroom water flowing thru the outlet is not that good.

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Helpful people in suggesting where we should go for a coffee and a meal while we’re were on there for a short time.
The cleanliness of the dining room furniture was very off putting. The fabric chairs, covered and not, were filthy. Seems like such an easy fix to clean.
In general things seemed ready for a good deep cleaning and upgrades.
I appreciate our room was clean, although I do think hotel rooms should not have carpet in this day and age. It was good to have slippers available.
Breakfast was not appealing to us.
I understand this is supposed to be a budget hotel, in a city. But for the price we paid, things could have been better.
