The ambience and cleanliness. The environment and it is very close to the shopping mall. Easy accessible .

The bathroom water flowing thru the outlet is not that good.

Well appointed business hotel across the road from a major mall. Nice swimming pool, good wifi, big rooms and, if you wanted it, spa treatments and a gym. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Helpful people in suggesting where we should go for a coffee and a meal while we’re were on there for a short time.

The cleanliness of the dining room furniture was very off putting. The fabric chairs, covered and not, were filthy. Seems like such an easy fix to clean. In general things seemed ready for a good deep cleaning and upgrades. I appreciate our room was clean, although I do think hotel rooms should not have carpet in this day and age. It was good to have slippers available. Breakfast was not appealing to us. I understand this is supposed to be a budget hotel, in a city. But for the price we paid, things could have been better.
