It was a pleasant experience, the staff were friendly , the place was nice, and everything was enjoyable
My bed is slightly tilted because the middle bed leg looks like it's about to snap

The location is very strategic. Close to the mall and right beside the main road. The design is very comfortable just like any Four Points. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
1st, the baby cot is a disaster. With very uncomfortable mattress, no pillows, and hard materials. I can send you the picture of a PROPER BABY COT via email, just in case you’re too lazy to check.
2nd, the consistency of Housekeeping Team.
Second night, they only gave us in total 3 towels, as they already knew we are 3 adults and 1 child that makes us need 4 towels at least.
The last night, they gave us 4 towels, but it is very short, even we cannot wrap our self with it.
Is this your standard for giving towels for your guests?? I thought that was taught in every hospitality school that we have to note our guests personality to make their stay relaxing and comfortable.
I think this still can be improved WAY MORE!
We expect this much as this is one of the Marriott Hotel, largest hotel chain in the world. Don’t let this mistake again ruining your reputation!

Almost all the staff are very friendly and warmth, exceptional ones are Lena, Diana and Amy from the Cafe, front desk Friska is outstanding in her PR, love the concierge group they are all ready to help
The front entrance is abit narrow
