Old Style Hotel, very nice, and VERY good Breakfast!!!
In Room 1121, the vitrage had visible fixed hole in it and looked dirty, like it had not been washed for years!
That is not appropriate for a 5* Hotel and for sure not for a JW Marriot!
TV was outdated/Coax system, should be replaced by Smart TV system with Internet connection.

The hotel is already outdated, and there are many shortcomings. The spa area is unpleasant, not cozy, and even cold. Our room looked like we had traveled 30 years back in time. The bathroom was dirty, with mold in the shower. The only positive aspect of the hotel was the good breakfast; everything else was worse than in a 2-star hotel
