Had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya.The hotel atmosphere was comfortable, elegant, and very welcoming throughout my stay.
Special thanks to Ms. Lintang at the Front Desk for her friendliness, professionalism. She made guests feel genuinely valued and well taken care of. I would also like to express my appreciation to Mr. Asrori at the Executive Lounge for his attentive service and excellent hospitality.

There was an incident of false alarm it was quite bothering for the guest. Be more careful regarding alarm thingy

Breakfast is ok but one day they shut down half rooms and the reason is unacceptable. They said because in breakfasts is not much customer and in the dinner they have more customer. Also when the staff asked me what I want and over me the menu from other room they've closed and orders something and waiting for 25 minutes and at the time is not busy only couple people and so angry at the time to get simply thing like yoghurt.
The lift is to small and the air-conditioning in the lift certain time off its to hot .!!!
