It’s beautiful architecture and interior design still original from 1930s and 1910. Awesome courtyard and large swimming pool with wonderful staff. Great beds and showers.

Absolutely nothing!

Loved the ambiance. It was like stepping back in time. Old buildings are often nice but 'run-down'. This hotel was Old abd superbly maintained. The gardens were breathtaking. The staff were all amazing - could not have been more helpful

Beautiful property where the colonial building and grounds are well maintained.

The hotel has beautiful architecture and a lovely pool area. Most of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.

Our room was pretty damp. We tried to dry our swimming clothes in the room for over 24 hours, but they were still very wet afterwards. We then hung them outside our room door to dry. Later, our room key card was blocked, and when we went to reception to have it reactivated, we were told that drying clothes outside the room was not allowed. While we understand that hotels have rules, this was frustrating given the damp conditions in the room. If clothes cannot dry indoors and guests are not allowed to hang them outside their own room, it would be helpful if the hotel provided an alternative solution. I tried to explain this but didn't get the impression that the receptionist cared about it at all.
