Everyone was friendly
My bedsheets had stains, they never changed the sheets and put it back again like it was clean. The showerhead in room 807 need to be fixed.

The room is huge, comfy bed and pillows, clean bathroom with big bathtub
Complete gym, big enough pool (the length is sufficient for proper swimming), the location is in the city center, we can run the Basra Loop.
The gym is under renovation, so it is a bit dirty, the hot tub at the sauna are not functioning, the pool widith is not big enough if there are more than 3 swimmers. And the big minus is a lot of smokera smoking at the poolside, although a lot of people and childern around

The staff were excellent
The wine bar was gorgeous
The room was huge
The air con had to be fixed the room was way too hot
The pool area was awful - all loose flooring , beds falling to pieces .. dirty area
