Comfortable beds and spacious rooms

There were a bunch of small flies in the bathroom and you could tell that parts of the room were left uncleaned

Hôtel moderne. Bon rapport qualité prix. Situé dans une grande tour d une trentaine d étages. Propre, confortable. Mérite ses étoiles.

L emplacement n est pas génial. Pas grand chose aux alentours. Mais avc grab, facile de se déplacer... Si vous recherchez un Homestay plus authentique, ce n est pas ici qu il faut aller.

My stay at the Grand Whiz Hotel Surabaya exceeded my expectations! From the day of check-in to the day of check-out, I was beyond happy. Firstly, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the location is very central, which made it easy to walk to local sites. I visited during the Ramadan season and the breakfast spread was incredible with varieties from local cuisines to western cuisines. I utilised the hotel’s airport pick-up from Juanda airport and I was especially impressed with the driver, Andrian, who was prompt, easy to communicate with and very professional. I cannot fault him or the hotel’s overall service. I would definitely recommend to others.

The hotel overall was great but having a gym would have been nice.

Spacious room, helpful staff, nice view, really good price.

Hotel is very “tired”, seems that it was used a lot. Had to change room because there were hairs in our sheets. Pool is not working.
