Great value for money.

The hostess was amazing, did everything to make us comfortable, even packing up some fruit for us to take to the beach with us. Very clean, great location near to good street food and supermarkets. Great laundry service. Quality breakfast.

This was my first hostel as a usual hotel go’er. Absolutely Great place to stay and the lady who owns it is wonderful. Very caring and interested in our day every day, also recommended places to eat for dinner. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore

The best hostel in Thailand so far

Absolutely amazing stay. Preeya is so caring, thoughtful and helpful, always cleaning, chatting, checking that you’re happy and okay, giving you lots of fresh fruit and cooking you breakfast along with an array of toast jams and Thai foods. The location is perfect not far from the ferry close to the 7-Eleven lots of shops and cafés and just a few minutes walk opposite our door. It’s a beautiful viewing point and a park and lovely places to walk.

Cosy living in Koh Yao Noi!!

Probably the best hostel I've ever stayed in in terms of hospitality! Preeya, the girl who runs the hostel (all by herself!) is fantastic! She welcomed us with a small souvenir, prepares incredible breakfasts, cleans everything every day, and the hostel always provides water, tea and coffee. Everyone at the hostel is friendly, and there are plenty of spaces to work or relax. Great location! Highly recommended!

Excellent, central choice. The host provides top-tier hospitality!

I stayed in a private room for a whole week on this island. It was absolutely lovely. The facilities here are clean, comfortable, and Preeya works her ass off every day to make sure everything is running smoothly. Breakfast is healthy and delicious (perfectly fried eggs, fresh fruit, toast, coffee and tea etc), and you can rent bicycles or scooters directly from the hostel. I opted for a bicycle as it is cheaper and the island isn't too big. You can easily get around by bicycle and get some exercise to boot. The location is right in the town which is very convenient if you want to be near the 7-11, and there are loads of places to grab coffee and food around, local market and local stores, everything you need is right there in the town. Just be aware that, in my opinion, the more desirable area of the island is on the eastern side, so you probably want to rent a bike if you do stay here so you can get to the best parts of the island, but it was literally like a 10-15 minute bike ride and then you're there!

There were no negatives to this place. That may sound disingenuous but honestly, the host works so hard, and she doesn't have any help, and the place is amazingly well-kept and run.

Best hostel in Koh Yao Noi

This hostel is amazing!! It is the best one and the most clean that i ve been in all Thailand!! The owner does everything by herself and she is very kind and helpful!! She provides u everything u could need! When I arrived, it was very hot in Koh Yao Noi, and she welcome me with some fresh water. She is an energetic woman who put passion in everything she does!! The hostel is very very clean and the people are chill!!! The structure is located in a very good position on the island!! Good vibe!! I extremely recommend!! I definetly would come back!

Perfect stay!

We loved our stay at Connexion. Our room was big, clean, comfortable. The owner - Preya was so lovely, attentive, helpful. The breakfast was just outstanding- everyday we had eggs, toasts, fresh fruits, local desserts. You can also rent a bike in really good price here. We totally recommend to stay at Connexion when being at Koh Yao Noi.

Great place to stay when exploring Koh Yao Noi

Stayed here for two nights and enjoyed exploring the island. Accommodation was fine for what I needed and is ideally placed for visiting the shops, restaurants and market. Preeya was a star, running everything by herself. The breakfasts she made kept me full until it was dinner time. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Very good stay in Koh Yao Noi, away from Phuket's crowds

Preeya, the hostel owner, greeted me with fresh fruit upon arrival. She is a knowledgeable, talkative hostess, with whom I could share great conversations in English during my stay. Breakfast includes eggs, white bread and fresh fruit. There are bamboo platforms at the entrance, to chill on during the day/evening. Preeya was very helpful in arranging my speedboat ticket to return to Phuket. The hostel is very clean and there's a big living room where breakfast is also served.

I shared a 6-bed dorm room with another guest. It was comfortable, but it might have felt more "crowded" if there were 6 of us in there.

Fantastic stay, spotless hostel.

I am very grateful to the owner, Preeya. She is always very helpful and constantly recommends activities to do on the island or places to visit. As a local, she helps you experience everything in the best way and at the best prices. She helps also with the boats and taxi to the pier. The hostel was very clean overall, and the location is close to a 7-Eleven. I highly recommend staying at this place.Breakfast was delicious and hearty – eggs, toast, and a generous serving of fresh fruit.

An excellent stay

I had an excellent stay. From my arrival to my departure I was taken care of by the lovely owner. She was so friendly and helpful. I stayed in the dorm room which I was lucky to have all to myself as it was low season. The bed was very comfortable, clean and fresh. There are also privacy curtains. Something the pictures don't seem to show. I was able to rent a scooter there too at a very good price. The breakfast was exquisite including some lovely local treats, fruit, toast, eggs and tea and coffee. I cannot fault this place and the island. All so beautiful and the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the touristy spots of Thailand. Would highly recommend anyone to stay.

Clean, great location, nice breakfast and the best host

Preeya is the most amazing host you will ever come across. Even though I was the only person throughout my 3-night stay, she made everything possible to make sure that I had an amazing stay. It's conveniently located. The hostel is close to the pier. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. There is a stunning sunset spot within walking distance (the fishing pier next to the public park).

I was the only person at the hostel, so it was slightly boring. But I had some nice conversations with Preeya.

I don't normally write reviews, but this hostel was exceptionally good! Preyya, the owner is super sweet and helpful and I was able to rent a scooter for little money and she also helped me book everything with transportation! I wish I had stayed longer! In general, I can recommend the island to anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle and relax on great beaches!

Unforgettable 5-day stay thanks to a special host

My recent five-day stay at Connexion in Koh Yao Noi was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast spread was simply delightful, one of the best in 1y travelling around SE Asia. Despite the competitive price, the quality of accommodations surpassed expectations (each bed has also curtains, it assures more privacy - the pics on booking are out of date). However, what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional host, Preeya. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, making me feel truly at home. I highly recommend Connexion to fellow backpackers seeking an unforgettable experience in Koh Yao Noi.

Really good stay, great host

Property was great, spacious room and had good breakfast. The owner was the best. She cared for us, checked on us when started raining while we were out on our motorbikes. Also helped us to the port to make sure that everything was alright with ferries.

Comfortable, Stress free and super accommodating

Property was clean and comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had so far on my solo trip in Thailand (2 weeks in) Preeyah was super accommodating, she lended me a scooter before I had the cash to pay for it. She made breakfast in the morning. She refunded me the extra night I didn’t stay (I wasn’t expecting this and was insistent she kept it). She called me a taxi when I left.

The best place to stay on the island!!

I had such an incredible stay at Connexion hostel!! I can only recommend this place to you if you visit Ko Yao Noi. The owner, Preeya, is an amazing woman, always willing to help you having the best time on the island, but also happy to spend time with you if you want some deep and interesting conversations. I stayed 5 nights there and I felt like home 🤗 the included breakfast is very tasty, the location is perfect (near the fruit market, 5 min walk from 7/11, close to beautiful spots for sunset, and very nice restaurants across the street), also there is A/C in the rooms. Don't even hesitate one second before booking!
