Be aware that there are two different types of accommodation

There was furniture on the balcony but the view was onto the main road. We weren’t woken up by any roosters.

Be aware of which room you are booking. If you book a standard room it is in a hotel block on the road and looks nothing like the vast majority of the photos. Nobody told us that the day after we arrived the power to the whole area was planned to be switched off for the whole day. That meant no electricity, no air conditioning, no WiFi, and no water. Not to mention that almost all the cafes closed. A little warning could have helped us prepare!

Gorgeous, quiet and relaxing stay!

This was the perfect stay for us in Koh Yao Noi! The cutest little hut that was clean, spacious and quiet too. We were both recovering from food poisoning so this was the gorgeous place to stay to relax and chill, super close to the 7/11 too! The staff were really friendly too and helped organise us taxis to the port.

Amazing host. Convenient location.

As other guests have mentioned, Nina is an angel and will help and advise in any way that she can. We were running late to catch out speedboat and she orchestrated our journey in minutes.

Family run hotel in the heart of beautiful Koh yao noi village with boho shops and cafes. Such a welcoming community and island, renting a bike of the host Nina was so easy and allowed us to explore the small island. Bed was comfy!

Fantastic!!

Everything was perfect. The staff was so sweet and helpful, and the room was clean and bright. The beds were comfy, not Thai bed hahhaha. I liked the location because it was close to the 7/11, to Cafe No22, and to the best restaurant on the Island Earth and Plants.

Even though the location is great, close to a lot of things, it is far (15-minute drive) from the beach. Nothing else.

PERFECT!

From the start of our stay to the end, everything was perfect! Nina organised us a taxi from the port to the property, which was so helpful! We rented a bike from her for 3 days to see the island! The property is in a perfect location and so close to the only 711 on the island! The room was nice & clean! Would definitely recommend!!

Perfect stay! RECOMMENDED

The Hotel is really nice. Nina helps with everything and trys to make the stay as comfortable as possible :) you have Laundy option, and scooter rental, we also did a one day tour with a private Longtailboat which was AMAZING!! We had a very big room, with a lot of windows (which are much needed cause there is not to much light in the room :) The bathroom is also clean (only has a curtain, but for us that was not a problem) The rooms also come with a little balcony which was cute as well :) Location is alright, but i would say you need a scooter to come around :) Pier is very close - and there is also a good restaurant across the street :)

Amazing host in a great hotel, for a great price

Nina the host (and her sweet family) is the best one you can ever get (and I travel extensively). She will always take the extra step to help you out. The rooms are big, super comfortable. Bottles of water brought everyday. Not noisy. I can only recommend this place.

Nothing, really. Maybe not convenient if you can't ride a bike and you plan to go to the beaches everyday. You will end up being dependant on taxis...

Very nice and super friendly host, we Hope to come back

The Host was super friendly and helpful at and time. The Bungalow was very nice. We got a nice Scooter from the Hotel Right from the start. We booked a Boat Trip via the Reception which was just incredible. It was a very good Choice for us.

The Main area with Bars and Restaurants is on the East coast of the Island, which is a 10-15 Minute Drive with the Scooter. There is no Spot to have a „Western“ breakfast (Croissants & Coffee) nereby

Fantastic hotel

Extremely good value for money. Really kind, nice and helpful staff, they also rent mopeds for really good deals. Washing facilities on site. The room was very clean and beautiful ( as listed in booking website). Really good location, nearby the seven eleven in the island and all kinds of bars and restaurants. Felt really safe as a group of three young women traveling.

The family running the holiday home were very kind and welcoming, with great recommendations for us. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a lovely time in Koh Yao Noi and would definitely recommend staying here. Best place we've stayed so far in our travels!

Superb

Very nice host! We rented a bike a their place and booked our ticket for the speedboat with pickup included. The bungalow was clean and the aircon was good. The location on the island is great - there are plenty of shops and Restaurants and the market in walking distance. In order to get to the beach you have to go by motorbike which we would recommend for the island anyway.

A hairdryer would be nice as well as a line for the clothings on the porch.

Very good accommodation with sweet host

All in all we were really happy with our stay! The room was very spacious with a nice balcony, the bathroom met our needs with a hot shower and good water pressure. Everything was spotless clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. The host, an older lady, was suuuper nice. The place is located near the local market with a 7 eleven and nice restaurants very close by. You can rent good quality scooters for 250/day from the host directly. We would definitely book here again!

There were just very few things we thought could have been better. For one the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the host was not able to properly fix the issue during our stay (she tried with a plunger but didn't work). Also our room was not cleaned during our stay (4 nights). I'm not sure if its required to ask for the room to be cleaned. It was not a huge deal for us but still something worth mentioning i think. Also the towels were super fuzzy, we were left with blue fuzz all over our bodies everytime we used them and the floor was also covered with it. It's definitely time to invest in new ones. :)
