Absolutely perfect for us, location, staff and surroundings fully match our needs.

Very good location, very kind staff! Nice little room with comfortable bed and perfect airconditioner and terrace. Great breakfast. The hotel also offers a nice, clean pool - it looks good but we prefer sea when in Lignano :)

Bathroom could be a bit better - not that there is anything wrong with it, only shower cabin could be a bit more reasoned. Parking is tricky, hotels have limited parking spaces reserved - but it is how it goes in the area, nothing Eden can do about it, just be prepared for that.

Cute family run hotel

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. This hotel is run by a nice family. Everyone from the staff to owners are nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is good. Since it's run by the owners, 'they know what they are doing'. The pool is not crowded and there are always a few loungers free. It's not too far from the beach, which is good. I didn't get paid to write this. I have come back today.

We were very very satisfied here. Simple but nice and clean 3star Hotel with excellent stuff, great swimming pool, fantastic breakfast a just 5minutes walk to the beach. We got free voucher for 2sunbeds and beach umbrella for whole week so we had our place on the beach secured. Because we were travelling with 5years old sun we have always left beach to escape from the sun between 12-15:00 and we have always found the place to relax in the shadow in hotel swimming pool.Very convenient. Complimentary WiFi is also available. If you need to buy something there are 2supermarkets in very close proximity (Lidl and Crai) and there are really plenty activities you can do nearby with kids..We came her from the Austrian Alps with mountain bikes and they provide us safe space in garage where we could lock our bikes..We will definitely come back one day a can recommend this hotel.

Nice weekend in Lignano Sabbiadoro

We had a very nice weekend in Eden hotel - the staff was very helpful and polite, breakfast buffet with a variety of salty and sweet dishes, the room was clean and had a nice balcony. It's literally 5 minutes walk from the beach! I didn't like Lignano itself as a city, for me it's too crowded and too touristic, but that's of course not hotel's fault:)
