Very welcoming place. Clean, comfortable and nice breakfast.

The owner was super helpful and nice. He really goes out of his way to help and make you feel welcomed. He helped us find a scooter rental shop in Bibione, booked a taxi for us to the shop, tried to help me with various bicycles, drove us and our luggages to Bella Italia Village and even gave us 2 bottles of mineral water very thoughtfully

The pillow was a little too flat. But it was the same in the other hotel in Turin. Hence, I think it could the preferences of Italians

Lovely stay at hotel and wellness fra I pini

Fantastic outdoor space, nice big bathroom, wonderful pool, staff lovely. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Jacuzzi bath didn't work. Didn't mention as signs of maintenance and repairs going on around hotel. No tea/Coffee facilities in room. Would of been nice to have food available in evenings.

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate anything we asked for, the swimming pool was excellent, the breakfast was good. The whole hotel was spotless. The area around the hotel was very quiet.

The welcome was very cold: as soon as we arrived we were given the keys without any information about the facilities and the surroundings of the hotel. Not the typical hospitality.

Great customer service!

We had an amazing experience with our stay. Their staff are excellent and go beyond our expectations. They offer an amazing breakfast that includes eggs, something that is not common in Italy. The pool is really nice and has a heater. The room was clean and with plenty of space.

Family hotel with very clean, nice rooms, fantastic pool. Breakfast was perfect, the owner was very kind, helpful. The beach is a 5-6 minute walk away. We had a great time, we'll be back.

Der Urlaub war so toll, das wir mit Sicherheit im nächsten Jahr, wiederkommen .

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig, immer alles Nachgefüllt. Zimmer waren jederzeit sehr sauber . Könnten vielleicht mal neu gestrichen werden, aber sonst Top. Der Pool ist so sauber und einladend das wir nur einmal am Strand und im Meer waren.

Eigentlich haben wir nichts was uns nicht gefallen würde.

Örök kedvencünk ez a hely

Rendkívül figyelmes és segítőkész személyzet. Tisztaság. A reggeli verhetetlen és akár délig is fogyasztható. De személyes kedvencem a medence, ami éjfélig tart nyitva és aminek partján csodás koktélokat szolgálnak fel. Mi már negyedik alkalommal jártunk itt és reméljük sokszor visszatérünk még!

Super freundliches Personal, Leider haben wir eines der Älteren Zimmer gehabt das sehr klein war, ansonsten wirklich Super Hotel. Der Pool ist sehr Sauber und gut Temperiert für heiße Sommertage

Relaxed, geschätzt und willkommen!

Sie liegt in einer perfekten Lage. Nahe am Strand und auf halben Weg zwischen zwei shopping Zonen. Das Personal ist echt phantastisch und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich willkommen. Das Frühstück ist super. Fahrräder kann man kostenlos ab 18 Uhr leihen. Total unkompliziert.

Großes Frühstücksbuffet. Toller, großer beheizter Pool. Schöne Zimmer. Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel im Park. Marco an der Rezeption spricht auch deutsch.
