very nice and pleasant hotel, very good proportion between price and quality. Room was clean and smells sweet, perfect people (probably owners) at reception, hotel bikes and clean and nice swimming pool. Aircondition perfect

breakfast - poor choice and due to covid you have ask waitresses for everything. Regarding of lunch or dinner - some meals were really great (f.ex. pancake with mushrooms), some we did not enjoy (f.ex. pesce persico).

Great location, personal was really nice, helpful and attentive. Balcony in the room was big enough.

The room was a bit old(especially noticeable by very loud bathroom ventilation and Airconditioning), no Eurosteckers(adapters have to be used). In the day of departure it was not possible to leave the car for couple of hours longer in a hotel, so we had to search for quite some time for parking slot outside.

September Zeit ist einfach günstig! Das Hotel, Sauberkeit, Essen, Pool, Strand( inklusive Gebühren) und Strand Service- perfekt.

Das Bett für einen 17 jährigen mit 184 cm. Körpergröße war ein eher Babybett. 👎 Parkplatz war nicht vorhanden, aber beim Eingang geparkt. Wir hätten ein Gefühl gehabt , eventuell weil wir Kurzzeitaufenthalt gebucht haben ( 2 Nächte zu dritt), zu wenig Aufmerksamkeit von Hotelbesitzer/ Rezeption zu bekommen. Auf jeden Fall kennen wir von keinem anderen Hotel in Italien. Die sind alle sonst sehr herzlich, Gastfreundlich und interessiert ihre neue Gäste für nächstes Jahr begrüßen zu dürfen.

Buon hotel per famiglie!

I gestori sono persone gentilissime e davvero cordiali, pronte a fornire informazioni o aiuto se richiesto. La donna delle pulizie al piano alla mia richiesta di cambiare il cuscino me ne ha dati addirittura 3! La posizione dell'hotel è strategica, a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia, dal centro e dai principali servizi. Tutti gli spazi dell'hotel sono puliti ed ordinati, seppur un po datati. Il parcheggio in più un bel plus e l'albergo di glicine all'interno della hall molto scenografico!! La piscina sempre pulita ed ordinata. C'è una piccola sala giochi per bambini più piccini!

A mio parere dovrebbero investire di più sugli ingredienti. Preciso che tutte le pietanze erano abbondatssime, gustose e ben cucinate, ma in una località di mare ci si aspetta del pesce fresco nel piatto, mentre ci è stato proposto salmone, merluzzo, calamari e pangasio surgelati. Proprio perché viene chiesto il giorno prima di scegliere un primo ed un secondo per la sera successiva e si evitano così sprechi (cosa che ho molto apprezzato) potrebbero spingersi a proporre qualcosa di fresco e locale. Lo stesso dicasi per la frutta che a cena non viene servita se non come dessert a scelta (ma anche in questo caso in un'occasione era sciroppata). Credo che queste scelte siano motivate dalla forte presenza di stranieri che sicuramente apprezzano comunque. La colazione è abbondante e non manca nulla, ma non ci sono alimenti o cibi senza lattosio e/o veg tranne le fette biscottate, la marmellata e la frutta. Va riconosciuto che si sono procurari il latte di soia, ma dopo 2 giorni in cui lo chiedevo. Infine illuminerei maggiormente l'angolo del buffet a cena che risulta scuro e poco valorizzato!

Hotel je v peknej lokalite, relatívne tichšej,personál a majitelia hotela naozaj veľmi milí ľudia. Pláž po kratšej prechádzke je vzdialená od hotela cca 8 minúť. Požičanie hotelových bicyklov veľmi oceňujeme. Izby čisté, každý deň do puntíka vyupratované, to chválime najviac!

Raňajky boli veľmi skromné, keď je človek v hoteli, očakáva teda troška viac. Žiadna ponuka pre ľudí s intoleranciami, čo už je v dnešnej dobe doslova must have! Jedlo, večere, za nás najväčšie sklamanie počas pobytu. Na tomto keby zapracovali, tak by sme sa bez zaváhania do hotela v budúcnosti vrátili. Naozaj cena pomer čo máte v rámci polpenzie je neprimeraná!

Nie wieder - unter Gäste schätzen verstehe ich was anderes !

Selten so einen schlechten Service in einem Hotel erhalten wie in diesem. Balkonzimmer gebucht und eines ohne erhalten. Prinzipiell kann sowas schon mal passieren. Nur wenn ich nicht so viele Balkonzimmer habe kann ich die nicht anbieten, denn immerhin kostet das Zimmer mehr. Auf Nachfrage meinerseits bezüglich meiner Buchung bekam ich die Antwort "wir hatten leider keine mehr" und quasi "Pech gehabt". Auch auf die Frage was wir sonst tun können (z.B. Entschädigung), denn immerhin habe ich das beabsichtig so gebucht, wurde mir erklärt das sie da leider nichts tun können da ich über Booking gebucht habe (Gastfreundlichkeit gleich Null - haben sie wohl nicht nötig). Als wäre das nicht schon genug, musste ich mir dann auch noch von einer fremden Dame (keine Mitarbeiterin, vermutlich Stammgast im Hotel) anhören das Hotel soll mich doch rauswerfen und ich soll wo anders buchen. Der Herr hinter der Rezeption hat ihr dann auf italienisch was gesagt. Ich muss dazu sagen, ich war durchwegs freundlich, habe weder geschimpft noch geschrieben noch sonst irgendwas in der Art und dann kann ich mir von einem "Gast" sowas anhören. Sowas geht in meinen Augen gar nicht. Ich habe dies natürlich bei Booking reklamiert wie von der Rezeptionistin angewiesen und auch danach weigert sich dieses Hotel jeglicher Kooperation. Sowas kann immer mal passieren, keine Frage, aber dann so mit Gästen umzugehen finde ich schon echt traurig. Einmal und nie wieder! Selten sowas erlebt wie hier.

+ v ceně plážový servis (1 slunečník a 2 lehátka), parkování, chutná polopenze, čistý chladivý bazén + fungující klimatizace na pokoji i v jídelně + příjemný a ochotný personál + v blízkosti marketů a restaurací + na dobré adrese, snadno jsme našli + denní úklid + minilednička (na pár plechovek) na pokoji + v koupelně fen a bidet + místo na pláži v blízkosti wc, sprch, marketu + moře i pláž čisté + předokenní venkovní žaluzie pro klid a tmu + výtah

- při rezervaci 2 dvoulůžkových pokojů v popisu a na fotografiích byl prezentován balkon, bohužel ve skutečnosti i poté na dotaz prý byly všechny pokoje s balkonem obsazeny, v letním období by se balkon hodil a těšili jsme se na něj, bohužel ani u jednoho objednaného pokoje nebyl, za to dáváme v hodnocení o bod méně

Piacevole e Rilassante

Situato in posizione tranquilla vicino al centro di pineta, camera confortevole spaziosa e pulita, proprietari cortesi e disponibili, personale al ristorante e ai piani gentile ed efficiente. Cibo semplice e ben digeribile. Abbiamo molto gradito la possibilità di usare le bici peraltro in ottime condizioni ad un prezzo minimo.

Cibo semplice e ben digeribile ma da migliorare sotto alcuni aspetti come brioches fresche a colazione, pizza e frutta fresca.

Wifi slabá väčšinou nešla, chladnička v izbe nefungovala a bola veľmi malá. Večere super no pitný režim chýbal, len za doplatok, raňajky každý deň to isté na výber vo švédskych stoloch. Parky ,omeleta ,opražená slaninka studený vyber o.k.. wc v kúpeľni, nemalo aktívne odsávanie ventilátorom. Veľmi tvrdé vankúše pod hlavu.

Krásný týden v Lignanu

Velikost pokoje i terasy, velikost prostor sociálního zařízení, bidet na wc, celková kondice zařízení skvělá. Personál ochotný, recepční sám pomohl s vyhledáním vodních atrakcí v nejbližším okolí. Večeře výborné, menší porce, zato každý den výběr z několika variant 3 chodů, takže dostatečné. Rodinný hotel s příjemnou atmosférou! Parkování kryté stínícími plachtami!

Oproti personálu recepce byla obsluha v restauraci spíše chladnější, snídaně poněkud monotónní, ale s poměrně širokou nabídkou jídel.

Bili smo kratki čas, dovolj je bilo.

Bazen ob hotelu, lokacija do centra, trgovin ter plaže. K bazenu prinesejo naročeno pijačo v njihovem baru. Postelje udobne. Velik balkon, oprema na balkonu. Čiste sobe, zaposleni prijazni. Udobne postelje. Plaža lepa urejena, kdor ima rad pesek.

Za 4 osebe je na plaži v ceno hotela bil vključen samo 1 senčnik in 2 ležalnika. Kužki na plaži niso dovoljeni. Kužki niso bili dovoljeni pri obrokih (naš je navajen, da je povsod z nami), v jedilnici vroče, zajtrk zelo malo izbire in če prideš pozneje, še tega ne dobiš. Ni terase v jedilnici, imajo samo zaprti del. Za večerjo si za en dan v naprej lahko izbral samo izmed 3 menijev, večerja ni samopostrežna. Popoldne ob in v bazenu preveč ljudi, cel dan brisače na ležalnikih za rezervacije, ljudi pa od nikoder. Zastarela oprema v sobah. V kopalnici ni ventilatorja za prezračevanje. Hrana neprimerna. Sin je bruhal po večerji z morskimi sadeži. Čas za večerjo je samo 45 min., od 19.15 do 20.00 ure, kar je pri nas bila skoraj misija nemogoče se normalno najesti v 2 rundah, ker smo na večerjo hodili izmenjaje zaradi kužka. Zaradi privat vzroka smo morali 1 dan prej domov, plačali smo polno ceno, tudi turistično takso, čeprav smo predčasno zapustili hotel.

L' hotel era appena aperto per inizio stagione per cui non abbiamo usufruito della spiaggia e piscina.Colazione con poca scelta di prodotti.Molto aprezzato il servizio noleggio bici anche se potrebbe essere gratuito.Personale gentile e socievole

per noi e' stato un weekend di passaggio ma non credo torneremo al carlton

gentilezza e disponibilità dei titolari, si percepisce che mettono tutto il loro impegno, e del personale in sala colazione posizione vicina al centro, raggiungibile a piedi comodamente anche la spiaggia parti comuni zona notte rinnovati , ovvero le porte delle camere e i pavimenti dei corridoi notte, come anche nuovo l'armadio in camera parcheggio gratuito e annesso all'hotel

da rinnovare senza dubbio il bagno in camera, il box doccia è datato e piccolissimo al punto da urtare i rubinetti durante la doccia (e noi siamo magrolini) l'aerazione non funzionava e il bidet perdeva. da rinnovare anche la reception, le scale che portano ai piani e la zona divanetti con il bancone bar, come anche la sala colazione, mostrano tutti i loro anni (moquette, vetrate vecchiotte e pareti grigie) colazione scarsa, senza scelta per intolleranti al lattosio (nessun latte vegetale) , brioches già terminate alle 8.30, un solo tipo di pane (bianco comune), anche gli stranieri sembravano delusi dall'offerta del salato per loro fondamentale.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus, toller Pool und sehr motivierte Gastgeber. Wirklich persönlich um den Gast bemüht. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit ausreichend gutem Angebot. Alles sehr frisch zubereitet. Parkplätze beim Haus Lift vorhanden. Fast unglaubliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
