A great and quality stay in Lignano Sabbiadoro

In this Hotel the quality of services and staff is something you do not find very easy in this age. Front desk, services, swimming pool, bar and the restaurant is so good, they cook very well, the staff is very professional and quality, choice of fruit, cakes and the lunch as the dinner menu is amazing. Child corner with toys in the lobby. This quality is a rarity. High recommended. I think we will be back. Thank you to all the staff and owners of Hotel Arizona.

Not as good as expected ( based on room pictures)

I liked the service – the staff were helpful, friendly, and competent. I also enjoyed the breakfasts; they were varied, tasty, and replenished right up until the end of the breakfast hours. The pool looked nice, although I didn’t use it. The rooms had clean bedding and towels. Bicycles were also available free of charge.

The room was quite small. The shower was very cramped; even as a slim person, I had trouble closing the door. The bathroom faucet was leaking, and the overall condition of the facilities felt old and worn. The photos on Booking looked much better than reality and showed different rooms than the ones actually offered. One minor downside was that the discount for beach umbrellas and sunbeds was only partial. Additionally, there was a deposit required for beach towels. I did not check how the deposit system works or whether there are any issues with returning the towel if it is very dirty.

Good

The room service was on top, the cleaning ladies were really nice, cleaning the room every day. The location was perfect, close to the beach. There are gym, shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was big and clean. Bike rental was very useful and pleasant.

We did not have the impression that this is a 4-stars hotel. (Kids playing area with old broken toys, annoying very slow elevator, small bathroom, poor breakfast selectiont). Although the staff was helpful at all times, unfortunately coming from Hungary made us feel a little unwanted.

The hotel is in my opinion the best one in Lignano Riviera. The staff is very nice and it is just a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. The pool area is also very neat.

Exceptional

We liked the location, close to the beach, yet a quiet neighbourhood. Big variety at breakfast. Nice pool. Excellent cleaning service, two times a day! Amazing lunch, super tasty, the best we have ever eaten in a hotel!! Grazie Enrique!

We did not like our table in the restaurant at first, however we were immediately given another (quiet) table upon we requested.

Check-in velocissimo, staff molto cortese ed efficiente. Una piacevolissima sorpresa, al rientro in camera dopo la cena la stanza era stata rifatta e il letto preparato per la notte. Questo è un servizio tipico degli hotel cinque stelle.

Top, Top, Top!!!

Wir sind absolut begeistert und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Arizona. Schon der Empfang war perfekt: Enrico an der Rezeption begrüßte uns herzlich auf Deutsch mit einem „Willkommen“ und fragte direkt, ob wir eine gute Fahrt hatten – ein toller Start in den Urlaub. Er gab uns außerdem wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr kinderlieb. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Vincenzo, der seinen Job mit so viel Herz macht und den Gästen die Wünsche förmlich von den Augen abliest. Auch der Zimmerservice war außergewöhnlich: Unser Zimmer wurde nicht nur täglich gründlich gereinigt, sondern es wurde auch liebevoll auf unseren Sohn eingegangen. Jeden Morgen gab es ein freundliches „Are you ok?“ und aus Decken und Kissen (sogar unseren eigenen Zusatzkissen, Decken und den Kuscheltieren unseres Sohnes) wurden jeden Tag neue, kreative Muster gefaltet – das hat uns alle zum Staunen gebracht. Der Strand liegt tatsächlich nur rund 200 Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker, und auch unser Abendessen im Hotel hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kostenlosen Fahrräder mit Kindersitz, mit denen man bequem Ausflüge nach Bibione oder in andere Stadtteile von Lignano machen kann. Wir haben wirklich nichts zu beanstanden – im Gegenteil: wir waren rundum begeistert und haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Großartig!!!

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und das in absolut allen Bereichen. Der Service war wirklich hervorragend. Die Lage und das gesamte Ambiente haben gestimmt. Ein wirklich liebevolles kleines Hotel, welches nicht zu überlaufen ist. Platz am Pool gab es genug, der Strand ist wenige Minuten entfernt und die zur Stadt ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Einen Supermarkt gibt es mit allem drum und dran direkt um die Ecke. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte absolut alles zu bieten und auch das Abendessen ist wirklich empfehlenswert und super lecker. Für unsere kleine Familie mit Baby war es ein wirklich toller Urlaub und Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!

Da zusätzliche Posten wie Getränke, Abendessen, Sonnenliege usw. auf die Zimmerrechnung geschrieben werden, wäre es wünschenswert gewesen, dass die einzelnen Posten auch namentlich aufgeführt werden. Teilweise stand auf der Rechnung nur „Komsum“ drauf, was eine spätere Nachvollziehbarkeit erschwert. Dies ist aber nur eine absolute Kleinigkeit und ändert nichts an unserem tollen Aufenthalt.

Alla mattina la colazione è servita dalle 7 alle 10. A man mano che gli ospiti lasciano le camere per andare a fare la colazione, vengono pulite dal personale. Tornate tardi dopo una serata, avevamo deciso di lasciare la camera alle 9.30, ma dalle 7 è stato un continuo di schiamazzi nel corridoio da parte del personale che puliva le stanze. Sarebbe stato carino un po’ di rispetto per chi decide di lasciare la camera più tardi perché magari vuole riposare.

Nichts Einzig wäre es für uns als Familie gut gewesen, wenn die Abendessenzeiten etwas früher wären z.B. ab 18h30 Die Spieleecke könnte ein bißchen abwechslungsreicher sein (zu viele Kuscheltiere) Das Bad könnte etwas moderner sein. Ansonsten wirklich alles bestens.

Gefühlt wird einem alles verkauft, hauptsache die Zimmer stehen nicht leer. Keiner macht sich Gedanken oder hinterfragt

- es war sauber - das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl - Badehandtücher für den Strand/Pool konnten tgl gewechselt werden - sind früher abgereist und wenigstens das Frühstück wurde abgezogen

- extrem penetranter und unangenehmer Geruch von den Reinigungsmitteln gemischt mit Duftspendern - es wurde immer wieder betont, das man über Booking schlechter da steht und besser direkt gebucht hätte - super kleine Zimmer und extrem kleine Duschkabinen - Einzelzimmer mit kleinen Betten werden an Erw. + Kind verkauft (auch mit einem Baby ist es zu klein) - es wurde jeden Abend gg. halb 9Uhr/ halb 10Uhr geklopft und ohne auf Antwort zu warten einfach ins Zimmer gegangen. Zwei mal um uns einen Zettel für den Zimmerwechsel zu geben, einmal keine Ahnung warum? als gemerkt wurde wir sind auf dem Zimmer (waren mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs, eig selbstverständlich das wir um diese Zeiten im Zimmer sind?)
