Yet another great experience at this hotel for our family and god. Location is great and very convenient. Loved the new path to the beach - peaceful and not too busy (positive change since our last visit back in 2022). Special thanks goes to HB experience, this was above our expectations - well done! Will definitely come back soon. :)

New, clean, nicely furnished in the main building. Tasty dinner (worth to pay for half board). Breakfast can be a bit better- at least good quality juices, ideally fresh...

Chef is good - dinner is really tasty, nice selection of sea food and meat, pasta, pizza, however we were super annoyed by the service in the restaurant... yes, the top management guidance is clear, waiters are picking up dirty plates as soon as you finish it, which sounds good, but waiters are slowly walking through the dinning hall, always watching you and your plates from your back, you always have a feeling somebody behind you... you basically sit in a place with dozen of waiters always walking (slowly, waiting for a next victim plate) around and watching, which make the entire process a bit uncomfortable.... waiters should watch your table, but it should be done differently so you as a guest do not feel that somebody always stays behind your back watching you eating... plus, it's great waiters are there straight away for you to order drinks as soon as you arrive, but also make sure they are ready to help with other things while you are in the restaurant (order next drink, bring extra spoon, etc. - they never see you if you already there, only when you arrive;). Overall service was way higher in neighboring Croatia for same level hotels, but hope you can improve service, as other things like chef, design of the hotel, swimming pools were great;) one more suggestion: would be great if would be possible to rent trolley for kids, walking distance to the sea is about 10-15 min, and when super hot, not all kids can ride a bike, and not all can walk that long.... would be great to put all the kids in trolley and walk to the sea, that would help a lot;)

Nice big room Good pool area

Well equiped apartmants, nice interior. The pools temperature is warm, there size is also big enough so not crowder. The poolside resting options are various. The private beach is also very nice. The restaurant and bar was good and the price is acceptable.

Had to wait till 16PM to recive our apartment. Meanwhile checkout time is at 10AM. Thats a huge time gap for preparing it… Would have been nice if we could get our apartment within 12-14PM… We have two 2 year old children so they couldn’t rest in the early afternoon as they usually do because of this.

The Stuff friendliness is a huge positive, they were kind, and attentive all the time. The breakfast was wonrderful, much option and it was delicious. Simple, clean rooms with air conditioning, cleaning every 2 days.

The apartments are very comfortable and well equipped. Location is great, 5-10 min walk to the beach.

Staff was very nice, pool area was also very cool.

The most annoying were ( i believe) anti-mosquitoe substances they sprayed within the entire complex. It smelled horribly and made sitting outside in evening impossible.

Obviously, nice and unique place to stay. Have been around many different hotels around Bibione, but this one clearly stands out - great concept, somewhat convenient location, well positioned to accommodate families with kids.

The area got some issues with unpleasant smell. Bathrooms could be slightly improved for this kind of hotel. Staff seemed to be a bit overloaded, but in general that was not a real issue, just a note.

Liked the concept - Eco Village Resort. Great infrastructure for families with kids. Close to all key locations of interest.

+ A great place for families with young kids. Our son enjoyed the different sized pools as he was just starting to get used to the water. Also the sandy play area beside/behind the pool was very nice for him without having to go all the way to the beach + We stayed in the "clubhouse" (hotel room, not one of the apartments) and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Worth mentioning is the big shower room and balcony overlooking the pool area.

- Our room (101) was extremely noisy at night. Our son goes to bed at 8, but first there was the "mini disco", with thumping beats which could be heard clearly from the room. Then, the sound of the plates (dishwasher?) from the restaurant directly below were clattering continually until 10pm every day. I asked about another room, but they were fully booked. - For a family hotel, some strange things missing: toilet in the room is very high and large, so it is difficult to use with a small child. No kids' cutlery in the restaurant. Floor surface inside the hotel (ground floor) and around the pool area is very slippery, I saw lots of kids wiping out and almost did so myself. - Our room had no information e.g. opening times of the pool / bar / restaurants / system to use the beach etc which you would normally expect - As many reviewers noted, the Jacuzzi pool which is explicitly not permitted for children under 12 was constantly populated by young toddlers and young kids splashing about, making it useless for relaxation - The beach is a long walk away (>10 minutes) and there was no obvious area which was reserved for the hotel. Later found out that the "hotel beach" is in a totally different location than the "beach" which is signposted from inside the resort. - No dinner possibilities in the hotel itself apart from the buffet (30 Euros per person if you did not pre book it). We were not allowed to order a pizza from the bar and eat it at the bar seating outside after 6, we had to take it back to our room.

Great place with nice facilities, well organized, brand new products, rooms and facilities. Staff very helpful even when information required are about restaurants and places outside the hotel facilities. Very good deal for families with kids. Strongly recommended.

Restaurant closes early (20:30)
