Exceptional

Excellent hotel with very convenient location near to the beach. Convenient parking. Good breakfast. Interesting for kids evening program. Nice rooms, for 3 persons just enough.

Hotel is perfect, the only things I could suggest to improve is better cappuccino during the breakfast and a la cart dinner availability. But anyway the hotel worth the highest evaluation mark.

too much smoking allowed. the guest next door smoked on the balcony so we had to keep the balcony door shut. the walls were a little thin so it was noisy

Breakfast was OK. Receptionists were friendly. The location is great. The season ended and there were only a few people there. Seemed weird that hotels, restaurants, etc. are completely closed.

Outdoor pool was cold. Indoor pool was not in a good shape anymore. The shower in the room is very small. It is a location only for tourists. Watch out: Everything is rated good (bars, hotels, restaurants etc.) but most of them aren't really that great. Not sure how drunk other tourists are or what standards they have but I was really dissapointed. Example: Went to a burger bar where people mentioned it was the best burger the ever had. It was the worst burger in my life (rotten salad)... Bibione could be a nice location if it wasn't just for tourists and their money.

Nice hotel in an excellent location

Amazing location - by the beach and near the town center so it’s close to all night attractions. This year the kids program wasn’t amazing, the kids club worked but it didn’t seem like the animators encouraged the young guests to play. It also lacked music at the pool and activities like aqua aerobic, Zumba or yoga ... water in the main pool is pretty cold so there are few people but the rooftop pool has warm water and is generally nice. The staff is great, the rooms and facilities are clean, there are bikes available for free, umbrellas if it’s rainy and even inflammable equipment by the pool. It feels elegant in overall. We’d come back but probably in “normal times” to take advantage of the full offer for both kids and adults.

Erholsamer und entspannter Familienurlaub.

Die Nähe zum Strand. Immer genügend Liegen frei, sowohl am Strand als auch am Pool. Hallenbad (Indoorpool) im 6. Stock, falls doch mal schlechtes Wetter sein sollte. Kinderwägen zum Ausleihen, sehr praktisch.

Hatten eine Suite (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder). Genügend Platz für alle. Aber ich hätte gerne an der Tür oder an den Wänden ein paar Haken gehabt, um Sachen aufzuhängen.

SOGGIORNO NEL COMPLESSO COMPLETO E PIACEVOLE, PERSONALE POCO ATTENDO.

Buona posizione, sia vicino al mare che al centro. Ho apprezzato particolarmente i sevizi per i più piccoli, che ci hanno permesso di fare divertire il nostro bimbo in sicurezza e tranquillità. La piscina a loro dedicata è una delle cose che abbiamo sfruttato di più. Ci hanno offerto un upgrade perché in struttura ospitavano un evento.

Il personale. La signora che ci ha accolto al check in non è stata per nulla attenta. Dopo averci detto che la camera sarebbe stata pronta a breve, siamo rimasti in attesa per un ora sui divanetti perché non ci ha più avvisato, ho dovuto sollecitare nuovamente la richiesta. Dopo aver chiesto se possibile anticipare di mezz'ora la colazione, la mattina mio marito è sceso come accordato e si è sentito appellare con "guagliò" in maniera poco gentile, per avvisarlo che non era ancora iniziato l'orario di colazione, nonostante gli accordi. Questi dettagli sono inaccettabili in un hotel a 4 stelle, e segnalano poco rispetto e mancanza di comunicazione tra il personale, oltre che di poca attenzione al cliente. Ovviamente abbiamo incontrato anche personale gentile e disponile, ma è inammissibile che si permettano certi atteggiamenti.

Kurzer Urlaub in Bibione

Lage direkt am Sandstrand, in der Nähe vom Zentrum, das Zimmer groß genug, Tiefgarage sehr gut. Late Check-in möglich nach Kontaktaufnahme per Mail, Ankunft um Mitternacht, ausführliche Infos auf Deutsch vom Nachtdienst, vielen Dank!

Die dunkelbraunen Farben im Zimmer inklusive im Bad schauen sehr schlecht aus, die billige Lampe und die billige Kaffeemaschine für Filterkaffee im Zimmer, beide aus Plastik/Kunststoff in Weiß passen überhaupt nicht zu einem 4 Sternen Hotel. Die Duschkabine extrem eng, SEHR unbequem beim Duschen!!! Die Magnetkarte für Seif hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert! Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe! Das Personal bei der Rezeption nicht besonders freundlich! Check-out bis 10:00 Uhr, man darf NUR bis 13:00 Uhr am Pool/Strand bleiben.
