It’s been a short but very nice stay.

Very friendly staff and clean room.

Our room was on the first floor with windows/balcony to the street in front of the hotel. Traffic noise was a bit too loud for me.

Very friendly staff, especially the young owner at the reception. You really feel welcome. Modern room with a balcony. Excellent breakfast on the top floor of the hotel overlooking the harbor and the sea. Parking and the beach were free for us. Everything was perfect.

A good quality’s Hotel close to the beach and to the city center.

Very well-maintained and modern in style. The panoramic terrace is completely glazed, very beautiful and evocative, with an open section on the top floor for the breakfast buffet in the morning, offering spectacular views of the lagoon and the sea. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with excellent products. The room was clean and had a balcony overlooking the harbor. We took advantage of the beach service and the underground garage, which is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. The young hotel staff were friendly and highly professional, helpful and very friendly, both those at breakfast and at reception, as well as the ladies who Take care of the rooms. Unfortunately, due to work reasons, our stay was too short, but we will definitely return for a longer stay.

THe staff are lying to clients...extremely unfriendly and not honest at all...unethical to say the least! The size and the overall condition of the single room is for sure not the what i expected from a 4 star hotel... Double rooms are fine though and cleanliness is very good..

This is a great hotel which is located in a beautiful area in Lignano Sabbiadoro! It's located very central which means it's close to the city center as well as the beach (only takes a few minutes by walk). From the 7th floor you will enjoy your breakfast and will have a fantastic view over Lignano, so you really want to have time for a long breakfast. 🙂 Toni is the owner of the hotel and is super friendly and he also speaks fluent Swedish which is nice when you come from Sweden like I do. 🇸🇪🇮🇹 Lara and a guy also work in the reception/bar and they were very happy and always had a smile on their faces. They will all make sure you get a great stay in Lignano! Even though the hotel is located in the city center it's very quit in the evenings which is nice as you won't hear loud party music from bars/clubs. I stayed here two nights and have now just returned to this hotel after I spent some nights in another part of Lignano. I already look forward to tomorrow's breakfast! 😃

I can't really think of anyting I didnt like. In the future it would be nice to have the top floor open for some hours in the evenings to enjoy drinks and see the sunset. They do however have a nice bar on the ground floor.

The very nice Deluxe Room with a large balcony and views of the Port and Lagoon. The excellent breakfast on the 7th floor with fantastic sea and lagoon views the staff very kind and very helpful. Very beautiful.

The owner was very friendly and kind, he offered us breakfast which wasn't included in our deal. The room was clean, the view amazing and superbly designed (I loved the white floor tiles) .

Ein wirklich ausgezeichnetes Hotel in fantastischer Lage mit Blick auf den Alten Hafen, in der Nähe des Strandes und der Fußgängerzone. Es ist makellos, modern und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Frühstück im Saal im obersten Etage ist reichhaltig und köstlich, und das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell, sodass man sich sofort willkommen und rundum wohl fühlt.
