Nicht das Zimmer bekommen, was gebucht war. Wesentlich kleiner ohne Balkon und auch die bestellten Einzelbetten wurden als Doppelbett mit einer Bettdecke geliefert. Trotzdem den erhöhten Preis bezahlt. Wahrscheinlich typisch italienisch. Das Frühstück war, wie typisch für Italien, sehr klein gehalten. Kaffee wurde aber sehr freundlich zubereitet.
