Our group had 3 rooms and all were comfortable and as shown in photos. Very clean. Charming setting. Convenient restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was excellent. Bonus to have an elevator for the upper floor rooms! We loved having our lake views from the in-town vantage point/price range. Great value and in-town location made it easy to hike to the castle, go shopping, get to train. Note that if you are coming from the train station, it is much, much easier to pull your luggage on the high road than along the lakefront.
We all loved it.

Breakfast was decent. Good selections.
The staff at check-in were busy. Didn’t get much information from them. They were busy with the restaurant which is also part of the business.
The WiFi didn’t work so the HUGEtv in our room was worthless. I wish I had studied the hotel better before booking.
