First time visit better than I expected helpful staff great breakfast will definitely visit again

The location

Parking was pretty much difficult to find. If you’re late you will end up paying extra on the side of the roads! Hand soap was not available in a suite room and unfortunately mattress was not comfortable!

Great location, sort walk from the beach and shops. No AC in the room but we had a fan in our wardrobe and used it so that was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had better sleep, bed was a bit uncomfortable and the pillow was extra hard.

It’s okey and staff friendly

Room- size good but very outdated, bathroom shocking, shower head leak, nonsense metal rack near toilet, no spar or rack for towels to hang out, bathroom doors shocking, couldn’t close and bottom is like paper if u shake them. No room cleaning daily and if you ask for fresh they’ll chuck them from of your room door. And to hot in room without any other solution then 3windows open just 1/3. Not great. No shower gel and mould on walls. English seaside industry missing spark, all owners go abroad and see how u can improve service. That’s why people go abroad, better quality and service for cheaper price.
