Great staff, working with what they have!

The staff.

Don’t drink the water, be prepared for noise, above and below. Dribble shower, too hot and too cold. Let’s not talk about the beds! If you absolutely can’t afford anywhere else - then “enjoy” your stay.

Our stay was lovely the surroundings were really nice close to seafront with a short walk

OK.. breakfast was 20 pounds which was to expensive

The staff was amazing and very proactive.. the room was very hot and the wall paper was hang of the wall and a chairs was placed in front of it. side dresser doors wad hanging of if you open them. location was nice.. bathroom dated and didn't look inviting to use it .

Cramped but cosy

It was a rather plush hotel in an expensive are. It was as private as you wanted it to be. The foreign staff were quite helpful.

The toilet/bath/ wc room was obviously a conversion of an existing room and there was very little space to move around when drying onrself. Also there were no handlebars around to assist one when climbing out of the bath. One had to grab hold of the toilet to pull oneselr out of the bath. Also the temperature and waterflow controls weren't that obvious.

It was a good stay just minor bits could do a little better

It was comfortable and warm and was clean

Need more toilet roll in there always make sure there’s more than enough in there don’t pin the hand soap dispenser to close to the sink as could barely get any out and don’t push two single beds together when you have a couple sleeping in one room and make sure there’s head boards are on properly everytime you sat on the bed they banged against the wall we had to pull it away from the wall

Reception staff were quick to jump on issues and helped with a quick check in

We didn't get the room we booked at first We were put into a family room on the first floor, and when my other half used the toilet, her foot went through a hole in the floor. We called reception and got a decently made up double room on the ground floor instead. Only downside is the decor but for £40 on a Friday night, you really can't complain. We chose not to eat/drink here on this occasion so can't comment

Location, cleanliness, front desk staff were polite.

Bath was old and repaired, no telephone in room to notify reception of people talking and making noise continuously out in the corridor between 3am to 5am. Tried calling the hotel number and got a message to say it was not available at this time.

Lots of choice in Bournemouth. This place was very average

Hotel reminded me of Kubrick's The Shining

Disappointing breakfast for £12. The fruit section had just peaches. And unripe, unpealed oranges. Coffee out of machine tasted like instant/ was instant coffee. Few veggy options eg. Sausages or hash browns . Room was ok but TV was positioned on side walll 90 degrees to the bed. Parking is an extra fiver too

Great central location. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, and very reasonably priced.

Building and decor are a little dated and no plug socket near the bed but considering the price can't really complain.

Bathroom was absolutely filthy. My Fiance had to clean for an hour with her own cleaning products The mattress also hurt her back and she has problems with arthritis so this was inconvenient bare in mind the bed was 2 single beds pushed side by side Bedroom was covered in dust Hallway was stinking of weed and had dominos boxes thrown everywhere

The location was Just off the beach, The room although basic was very clean and had everything that was required, The bed was comfy and as this is the main reason to stay it was just what we wanted

The Toilet made a Slight noise after flush meaning No flush in the night but this was not a major problem

The staff were brilliant. Reception staff welcoming and helpful. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful. The food - breakfast and dinner - was good, tasty food. General areas and room really clean. Incredible value for money.

I should have treated myself to a double bed room. The single room was fine - it had TV, iron, fan, kettle, tea/coffee - but I missed the comfort of a bigger bed.!
