Great location and good value for money. Only thing that could be better would be bigger rooms as we struggled with a family of 3. The cot took a lot of space so it meant we didn’t have much room. But if you’re looking for a comfortable stay and not looking to spend to much the this is the place for you for sure.

Noisey all night, £12 parking on top, tv as big as my thumb, very out dated. Would rather sleep at a hospital. Pool had no water in.
When you leave its great with the stunning views.

1. Staff were rude
2. My room's toilet water pressure was so low and they lied that a plumber and the manger would come and have a look at it after I requested twice that it needs to be fixed and nobody came.
3. The elevator was dirty, and takes forever to come when you call it.
4. Some towels had stains
5. To be honest, it is only saved by the location of where it's sitting otherwise what a wastage of money.
6. The hallway floors were dirty.
However their neighbouring hotel, suncliffs seemed cleaner when we went there to use the indoor pool.
I REGRETTED HAVING NOT LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING IT! could have had better in my ### for 2 nights!!!!
