We had an event at the hotel for the weekend, paid to stay an extra night which we spoke to receptionist about while checking in. Everything was said to be OK. Come the Sunday morning, maid knocked said we hadn't booked, hotel staff then hasseled us even though do not disturb was on the door. My partner had to go down to the main reception with booking from here, which wasn't good enough and told he was a liar. The conversation on Friday didn't happen. Then I went down, and the lady then said it did happen. There was a glitch. Even though we had to pay again for parking even though it was put in for 3 nights. The staff we very rude. I feel I would have been treated better if I hadn't booked through bookings . Com as he kept stating.
