Good location when travelling with ferry.

Perfect location when you are coming from the Finnlines ferry arriving 9PM. Quiet rooms, clean.

Restaurant not open in the evening, however beer is available from the reception :) Pillow was uncomfortable.

Disappointed - WiFi broken, management knew but doesn't care.

The hotel room was old but clean. The food and service at the restaurant was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The WIFI in the hotel room was not working. Saw a review on google maps that another guest had the same problem 2 weeks before. It is a shame that the owner does not bother to fix it! (It worked at the reception area, so the excuse given - a lie - that the operator had cut the main line... was not true !! ) Since the same network ("Guest") is working downstairs, but not upstairs the fault is within the building.

Simple accommodation. Perfect location for travellers arriving in Travemuende Skandinavienkai by Finnlines from Helsinki in the evening.

Comfortable bed. Clean room, close to the ferry terminal, a good location for our travel. The breakfast lady was very polite.

A Hotel near ferry terminal

It’s a short 5 min drive from Travemunde ferry terminal. Good one night stay - choice if your ferry arrives late, like ours. The rooms were very basic, but spotlessly clean.

Perfect location for catching Finnlines or TT Ferry to Sweden, especially for touring cyclists.

Room was great, storage facility for bicycle was great. Breakfast was OK. Service for dinner was excruciatingly slow, and staff knowledge of English very poor. Since the dinner menu was very pretentious, and a large part of it based on raw herring ("matjes" - but this is not the same as what the Dutch or Swedes mean by "Matjes herring") using vague terms " blankety blank Pommern art" "Princess beans") and nobody could explain these terms either in simple German or English and did not volunteer any other language, it was very hard to know what your meal would consist of. Wake up calls were "impossible", which was important when the only reason for staying there was to catch the ferry to Sweden. Something else, I forget what, was also "unmoglich" - impossible", one of the two most dreaded words in the German language.

Service could have been way faster. Staff could have spent some effort on how to describe their menu in simpler German

Only price is less but it doesn't mean low price equal low quality.

The staff not speak English. And other thing after checkout, I have requested to park my car till afternoon but they didn't accepted.and then I said i might stay tonight as well then they said no available room. Not good attitude.Also otel rooms, corridors carpets, ...etc.needs to be renovated, maintained.

Hotel close to the ferry to Sweden

Proximity to our destination, close to the ferry terminal to Sweden. Large clean room with a patio.

Unfriendly, probably understaffed, personal. Receptionist was short tempered at check in, felt bothered to answer some basic questions. Server at the the breakfast was rude and argumentative. The ash tray at our patio was not emptied. For non smokers that was bothering.

Exceptional

Very nice convenient hotel close to the ferry harbor in Travemünde. Despite current travel restrictions staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was big, cozy and comfortable and we very much would like to have a chance for a longer stay on a personal trip in the future.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Die Heizung war bei einer Außentemperatur um den Nullpunkt und Nässe komplett ausgeschaltet. Das Zimmer war ausgekühlt und benötigte mehrere Stunden um einigermaßen warm zu werden. Das Interieur war uralt und verschlissen. Die Dusche war mit Kabelbinder fixiert. Frühstücksraum war ebenfalls unbeheizt.
