Nice property if you have your own transport and don't need internet

- Helpful staff - Nice rooms - Clean - Nice breakfast

- No staff if you are arrive in the evening; the self check-in didn't work for us. We had to try and get help from a phone number which was just an AI assistant, and as such completely useless. Eventually we found another phone number that led to a human who could help. But all unnecessarily stressful - The AI assistant was not just crap, but rude and patronising. Made one want to smash the phone up - There was no internet there for the whole duration of our stay. For us it was essential and it was a let down. For that reason, I am never going back - Close to the beach, but far from the station; every trip to the station was €14 * 2 in taxi fares.

Die Zimmer sind neu eingerichtet und sehr groß. Alles sauber und freundliches Personal.

Das Bad war, insbesondere im Verhältnis zum Rest des Zimmers, sehr klein. Man hatte aber was man brauchte.

Das Personal war super nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vielfältig. Top Lage zum Strand. Betten bequem, Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sauber. Gestaltung des Hotels als Riesenozean in Blautönen und entsprechende Deko sehr ansprechend. .

Das Bad war sehr schmal. 2 Personen konnten sich darin nicht aufhalten.. War so bei der Buchung nicht beschrieben worden.

Die Lage ist genial, man ist schnell zu Fuß am Wasser und in der Mini City von Timmendorf Hotel ist liebevoll renoviert Sehr saubere Zimmer

Der Preis für Hunde ist heftig bei 30 Euro die Nacht. Da reissen auch ein gebrauchtes Hundebett, Riesen-Futternäpfe und Hundeleckerlies den Preis nicht raus. Bitte die Preise für Hunde überdenken. Wir haben z.B. nur nen Dackel, der in dem Riesen Hundebett nicht lag und die Riesen Futternäpfe auch nicht benutzt hat. Ergo: für gestellte Leckerlies (die waren echt niedlich verpackt) und Hundekotbeutel haben wir für unseren Dackel 30,- Euro die N8 bezahlt. Das ist Wucher.

Toller Aufenthalt um richtig abzuschalten

Der Empfang war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Ausstattung sehr angenehm, auch die Gestaltung des gesamten Hauses. Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend, auch hier sehr nette Bedienung.

Im Vergleich zu vor zwei Jahren war der Aufenthalt dieses Mal eine große Enttäuschung.

Die Lage zum Strand war super und dass wir nochmal angerufen worden sind wegen des Check-Ins.

Unser Zimmer sah runtergekommen aus. Die Wände hatten im Eingangsbereich Löcher und überall komische Flecken, als wäre eine Sektflasche in der Nähe explodiert, der Wasserhahn hatte fehlerhafte Temperaturzeichen (rot war kalt), im Schrank hing ein kaputter Bügel (Hosenstange rausgebrochen) , der beinahe unsere Jacken aufgerissen hätte und die Tür zum Badezimmer war unordentlich überlackiert (Flecken an den Wänden und abgesplitterte Farbe am Rahmen). Außerdem war die Servicekraft im Früstücksbereich wenig zuvorkommend und kurz angebunden.

Kurzurlaub am Meer

Das Personal war kompetent und freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels gut. Näher an Niendorf als Timmendorf Zentrum. Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Strandnah. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig, frische Waren, es wurde stets nachgelegt. Räume nett dekoriert.

Ich hatte extra ein Comfortzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Bad waren extrem klein. Kaum Ablagen oder Haken für Handtücher. Die Wände in unserem Zimmer hatten teilweise viele Flecken. Ein Vorhang, der zum Abdunkeln dient und im Zimmer entlang verläuft, macht das Zimmer noch kleiner und leider noch ungemütlicher. Das Hotel soll farblich das Meer darstellen und ist in dunkelblau gehalten. Für uns waren diese dunklen Räume eher beklemmend. Das ist natürlich subjektiv.

Trotz kleiner Mängel würde ich wieder buchen.

Das gebuchte Zimmer war etwas klein, mit leichten Mängeln. Das Frühstück war wirklich gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Ich werde dieses Hotel nochmal buchen.

Das Zimmer hatte leichte Mängel, wie lose Türgriffe die Badtüre konnte nicht komplett schliessen

So wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Lage des Hotels einfach Toll in der Mitte zwischen Timmendorf und Niendorf. 100 Meter bis zum Strand, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür und mit der Gästekarte kann man für einen Euro bis Scharbeutz oder Lübeck fahren Tolle Zimmer und tolle Betten

Eine Bar hat gefehlt ,es gab nur gekühlte Getränke aus dem Automaten

Schönes Ambiente im Ocean Style, geschmackvolle Zimmer mit Luxushundebett für unseren Vierbeiner. Aber auch die Betten für uns waren sehr bequem. Frühstücksbuffett war lecker und mit grosser Auswahl.. supernettes Personal in jedem Bereich

Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Die Wurst / Käseplatte war sowohl von der Auswahl als auch der Optik nicht sehr ansprechend. Auch gab es keinen Fisch, was bei einem Aufenthalt an der Küste Standard ist. Lobenswert war, wie aufmerksam das Personal war und wie schnell aufgefüllt wurde. Es war alles immer Verfügbar und es sind keine Wartezeiten entstanden. Dennoch hatte ich bei dem Preis ein besseres Frühstück erwartet.

Gutes Hotel mit super Lage

Der Parkplatz direkt am Hotel und nicht so unverschämt teuer wie bei anderen Hotels. Die Lage, man ist zu Fuß recht schnell am Strand. Das Frühstück war sehr gut

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und mussten deshalb mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen, ansonsten wäre es zu laut gewesen.

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mit nicht passenden Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Nähe zum Strand, ruhige Lage (Zimmer zum Parkplatz), nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück

Kaputte Terrassentür, schwergängige Vorhänge, fleckige Flurteppiche, ein Badezimmer, in dem man sich fast nicht umdrehen kann (Duschtür nicht im 90 Grad Winkel zu öffnen), ein muffiges Treppenhaus, abgestoßene Stellen an Wänden, Türen etc., 30,- € pro Übernachtung für einen Hund ist auch mit einem Hundebett, Näpfen, Hundetüten (Diebes auch überall an der Strandpromenade gibt) und ein paar Hundekeksen nicht zu rechtfertigen.
