Close to beach front and 15 min walking to market and city center. The staff were perfect and really kind and professional. Pool was with warm water perfect for children to get busy whole day. In front of pool outside was a table tenis too.

The pillow and beds somehow for me were not ok for resting.

The property was in a good location but not beachfront. The hotel linked to the apartments was beach front. The apartments were behind the hotel. Bread rolls in the morning were great.

Great time with friends in a lovely resort town.

The location and the layout of the flat were both very good. The staff answered any and all questions promptly both before and during our stay.

The property was not a problem but the hotel was inflexible about cancellation. I know they can choose to reduce a penalty if they wish. We had to cancel one apartment because of a medical emergency out of country so we asked for a reduced penalty because the guest had no choice but to leave the country but they left the fee the original (published) amount. I know it was their right but it wasn’t very compassionate. Of course, perhaps guests lie about cancellation reasons.

Checkin: mangelhafte Kommunikation vor, während und nach Aufenthalt! (Check in im Partnerhotel im Nachbarort wurde nicht kommuniziert, Feueralarm wurde so lala gemanaged, Defektschilder auf Fahrstuhltüren fielen hinunter, Berechnung auf Visa nicht im checkin durchgeführt...) Zimmer: Ausstattung minimalistisch, schmutziges Geschirr, tlw. Haare im Bett und sehr veraltetes Bad mit wenig Freiraum in Dusche oder auf WC. Bei dem Preis für außerhalb Saison sollte sich das Zimmer ja bereits mehrfach amortisiert haben und darf gerne zu gleichem Preis eine Grunderneuerung erfahren!

Zimmer mit Balkon und kleinem bisschen Meerblick, bad, Schrank, Bett, alles super. Kleiner Wasserkocher.... Gemütliches Licht. Schwimmbad, Sauna und Dampfbad top

Im Saunabereich könnten die Polster der Liegen mal gereinigt werden, diese waren sehr fleckig. An den ersten zwei Abenden war die Sauna leider nicht geheizt (obwohl es angegeben war) und der Service nicht erreichbar, an Abend drei, meinem letzten, dann jedoch zum Glück :)

Das 1 Personen Appartement war sehr gut aufgeteilt, sauber & ansprechend. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt gut geeignet und für ein lecker Frühstück ist die Bäckerei fußläufig gut erreichbar ist.

Erst renovieren, zeitgemäß gestalten und liebevoll ausstatten - es sollte nicht vergessen werden, dass wir Urlaub haben

Leider nur die Lage.

Die Bilder waren super, der Preis knackig und es handelte sich um das Luxusappartement - das sind die Erwartungen hoch. Es gab Probleme mit Ungeziefer, der Heizung, des Bettes und der Ausstattung. Erst als ich sehr deutlich wurde, hat man sich gekümmert - im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten. Das TV-Gerät ist viel zu klein und befindet sich in dem nicht dafür geeigneten dunklen Schrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein olles Schrankbett bei dem mehrere Latten fehlten. Es fehlen Bluetooth-Lautsprecher in den jeweiligen Zimmern - kostet fast nix und verbessert das Urlaubserlebnis. Bei der Küchenausstattung wurde nachgebessert und am Ende wurde auch ein wenig Geld erstattet aber der Urlaub war trotzdem dahin.

Erholsame Tage am Timmendorfer Strand

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Tolle Terrasse und ein schönes Schwimmbad zum Entspannen machen den Aufenthalt perfekt. Die Lage ist prima, ca. 100m zum Strand und ca. 400m bis zum Zentrum. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Schlafeinschränkung

Gute Lage, in 2.Reihe, Meerblick durch gegenüberliegende Häuser hindurch. Meerrauschen zu hören. Schön ausgestattetes Appartement. Küchenzeile enthält alles, was es für den Aufenthalt braucht.

Der Kühlschrank im Appartement hatte mehr als 30 dB Geräuschbelastung. Das Bett steht ebenfalls im Hauptraum des Appartements und der Kühlschrank gab regelmäßig Geräusche von sich, was zu keinem guten Schlaf geführt hat.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage und das große Schwimmbad.

Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr klein, kleine auseinanderstehende Betten. Insgesamt gab es einen Renovierungsstau in der Wohnung. Am Ende waren dann auch noch Kosten für Wäschepakete fällig, mit denen wir nicht gerechnet hätten und die m.E. bei dem Mietpreis hätten inkludiert sein müssen. Handtücher waren dann allerdings reichlich vorhanden. Außerdem Kosten für das Parken des Autos von 18,00 € pro Tag, die auch sauer aufstießen.

Das Baderzimmer war leider nicht sehr gepflegt und mittlerweile etwas verlebt. Leider war auch kein Backofen vorhanden und die Parkplätze waren sehr klein (allerdings muss man dazu sagen, das die Auto mittlerweile sehr groß geworden sind)

Sehr zufrieden

Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Größe des Apartments war super. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr nett! Der Pool ist schön groß. Zum nächsten Hundestrand waren es auch nur ca 12 Minuten zu Fuß . Restaurant, Bäcker usw war alles perfekt zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Ein Garagenstellplatz hatten wir, da hatte der Kinderwagen auch noch super Platz.

Die Hellhörigkeit der einzelnen Apartments. Die Nachbarn haben uns bis spät in die Nacht mit Ihrem TV Programm begleitet, leider.

Erholung pur in toller Umgebung

Mir hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen! Besonders die Nähe zum Meer war ein Highlight – ideal für Spaziergänge am Strand und entspannte Stunden an der frischen Luft. Die Unterkunft selbst war gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top – alles gut erreichbar. Besonders praktisch war das Schwimmbad, gerade bei schlechtem Wetter ein echter Pluspunkt. Die Betten waren bequem, und der eigene Balkon mit Meerblick war ein schönes Extra.

Der Platz ist etwas begrenzt – mit sechs Personen wird es schon recht eng. Das Badezimmer hat kein Fenster und keine richtige Lüftung.

Alles wunderbar, wir kommen wieder

Der Empfang und die Verabschiedung waren herzlich. Wir reisten mit Hund. Vielleicht war deshalb die Wohnung am Ende des Ganges, was perfekt war. Wünsche wurden erfüllt.

"Jammern auf höchstem Niveau": Da im Schlafzimmer kein Fernseher war, wäre für uns eine kleine Couch mit einem Sessel statt 4 Sesseln angenehmer gewesen.

Schönes Appartement-Hotel

Die Lage am Strand. Die Sauberkeit. Der Blick in den Garten. Das freundliche Personal. Die Ausstattung in der Wohung war für 5 Tage ok.

Die Betten als Einzelbetten, zusammengeschoben rutschten sie immer auseinander. Der Parkplatz ist für 14euro/Tag ziemlich teuer. Vor allem weil: 1. Für herabfallende Äste etc keine Haftung übernommen wird und 2. Mind. Ein Parkplatz gar nicht nutzbar ist, weil der Boden durch Wurzeln zu kaputt ist. Der Pool war pünktlich zu unserer Abreise wieder nutzbar. Das hängt immernoch etwas nach, dass wir den nicht nutzen konnten, aufgrund des Umbaus.
