Superb

The staffs were very kind! the room for a single bed is too small. but they gave me a good sea view room. I was satisfied. The breakfast and the location are very nice. All Staffs in the Breakfast area are also very kind. Timmendorfer Strand is in front of the door of this hotel. Such a nice place even only for one person. I´d like to visit here again!

Location good - otherwise very disappointing!

Location and view amazing. Friendliness of staff member from Bavaria at breakfast buffet awesome, she was really helpful and put a smile on everyones face.

Covid management very very poor. Maritim in Travemuende has restrictions for number of people in the lift, rosters the breakfast buffet. Here, nothing. Very poor. Very poor to pay for fitness and sauna extra, and not advertised on internet. Very poor to have 50 EUR deposit for towels. Such actions can really spoil your holidays.

Never again, despite for the staff who really did their best to accommodate us.

Staff was really hospitable and friendly. Absolutely positive experience concerning how the staff served us in the restaurant, front desk and bar.

You have to pay for spa or pool. Quite disappointing if that is the reason for choosing this hotel. Elevators take crazy long to arrive 99% of the guests are between 80 years old and ....110(?) years old. The most horrible was the dinner buffet; it was by far the worst food I ever ate in my entire life. Charging 36 Euro p.p. for something that does not deserve the name "FOOD" is a total disgrace. It has hardly anything to do with buffet as you have 1 sort of greasy pork and 1 sort of 500% overcooked fish plus two types of vegetables that have cooked for 2 days. Really buffet was a disaster. And than charging 36 Euro is even more of an insult to the guests.

If you want to get a lesson in BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND INFLEXIBILITY please call reservations !

Nothing! It is hard to rate a place who prides itself in bad customer service, and does not work with its guests to offer a good hotel stay experience.... The reason why they ask for full payment in advance IS BECAUSE, once they have your monies, they can pretty much do as they please with your reservation, and you are on your own....I will not go back there, nor I will recommend it to no one. Once you are prepaid, any changes or request concerned your reservation are simply ignored, refused, and flat out discarded... While most hotels and resorts pride themselves on excellent customer service, and guest satisfaction, this facility prides itself on bad customer service and down right inflexibility while dealing with its guest requests, wants or needs...

Everything! The reservation personnel, is hard to reach (the phone will ring several times before someone actually pic it up), once you do get someone to pick , good look getting them to work with you, attend to your request, or even worst, making any kind of changes OR ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR reservations. THAT IS WAY IS PREPAID...ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONIES, IS CUSTOMER BE AWARE!

Es ist nicht (mehr) High-End, aber es ist ein gutes Angebot.

Weitläufige und hochwertige Ausstattung im Bereich Frühstück und Gastronomie. Gediegenes Ambiente im weitgehend erhaltenen Stil der 1960er Jahre. Aufmrksames, liebenswürdiges Personal. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Strand und in der Ortsmitte.

Die Zimmereinrichtung (zB Schränke) ist veraltet. Der Sauna- und Spa-Bereich ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das Bauwerk wartet auf eine Instandsetzung.
