The restaurant is excellent, the breakfast buffet in particular was exceptional and the three nights at the restaurant were also very good, but beware that the dinner portions are really big. Overall the property is very cozy, with nice landscaping and decor, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The spa is also very nice, but a bit crowded. Very dog-friendly.
The rooms are small. Even a deluxe room is small. This not a hotel where you should hang out in your room. As a tourist, I would have also appreciated some clearer info on the parking and tourist fees that are mandatory and added on to the price on Booking, so I could have factored those costs into deciding where to stay. And while there is a kids menu at the restaurant, the hotel overall seems more aimed to couples, especially older couples (for example, kids are only allowed in the pool from 10-2, and it seemed like families were seated in a remote area of the restaurant away from others, although this could have just been a recurring coincidence).

Everything is at the right place. Cozy room with just enough bathroom. Friendly staffs. Breakfast is very very good.
I donât really like the food at the restaurant (I just had dinner there though , maybe lunch is different)

I like that the place is clean and it has good amenities. It is not so far from the train station. I also like the breakfast buffet. The staffs are friendly and accommodating, they are ready to help. The free shuttle service was also great.
The rose they gave us upon check out.
-The wifi in our room was slow đ but we didnât tell it to the reception right away because we really dont mind. We just told them the morning after, when we checked out.
-The free shuttle service wasnât indicated in booking.com so we didnât know that they can pick us up from the train station, and hadnât we know about it, we could have told the hotel in advance.
- There was one buffet staff that was a bit sarcastic to us when we asked her politely about something.
