Convenient. Close to Autobahn.

The check in was painfully slow. Bad lightning in room. Very clean. Comfortable room. No tea or coffee in the room. Lack of parking .

Not to expect much

Literally asked for double bed & we got two single cover sheets , we asked for double bed sheets and they told us they dont provide that. the heater wasn’t working that well, we went to visit spa , no one was there to assist , parking spaces always full & tiny.

Golf, quiet, area

staff at reception not service oriented, breakfast room to small and loud, dirty (dead animals at the buffet), pay for parking, housekeeping worked at 8 am so we woke up, spa area uncomfortable, a lot plastic in the room (bottle water,shampoo).

everything was ok

The only thing was with the price of the wellness package! When I downloaded the price list at the time of stay and also when i came back, the price of the Treatment I took was around 80 Euros. I was charged 120 Euros and then upon inquiring, they placed an updated sheet on the website! The prices could have changed, its fine - but they need to be made available soon so as to to avoid surprises! make sure you agree with them on the prices before taking the treatment!

Nice location but bad if you are a diverse young family

It was a nice looking apartment but the beds weren’t safe for young children and the couch pullout bed was so hard and so rickety, my husband and I didn’t sleep for the entire time. We both speak German and English and they ignored us constantly.

The couch pull out bed was either broken or defective. We had to ask for bedding multiple times and never got any that fit. One of the managers- Maxamillion- was very rude and unwelcoming to us and it felt like it because our family was very different than all the other people there. The guests were kind but the staff wasn’t at all. They messed up our keys so we got locked out very late and never confirmed our spa appointments; it was very bad service.

Beautiful place to stay for leisure, pool and golf.

Spacious apartment, not that bright but there was a nice balcony to sit on. beds were comfortable.

would love to have garden access from our place but if you are upstairs you don’t.

you really need a car to reach the hotel, although its just about 17mins away to walk from the train station, but the road going to the hotel was not that nice specially if you have luggages with you.

* Nicely furnished rooms * We were given a room upgrade, which was greatly appreciated

* Thin walls * Hot room * Check-in was slow and check-out was even slower (nearly 30 minutes). Both times (Friday evening and Saturday morning) were understaffed. It’s a real shame that the first and final impressions of the overall experience were not good.

Brand new building, very clean and quiet Friendly and professional personel

There's not enough parking at the new building, requiring to walk approx. 150 m. from the main parking, which is pitch dark at night (needed phone-flashlight to get there). The newness makes it a bit empty and sterile (and some construction taking place outside), but this will for sure develop over time.

I rent the two bicycles but it didn’t work properly! Sona opens too late and close too early. Hotel Includes so many new units that just built up but it so hard to find which one is your reservation.
