Location was great, close to shops and the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was very good. No non dairy milk that we we could see at breakfast but we did not ask about this.

Satisfying hotel for long stay.

Staffs are very friendly, the Sauna is comfort to contain couples, gym is also available. Breakfast is satisfying enough. They serve dinner for good food and reasonable price, we will definitely back for next trip.

Good breakfast but coffee was good only from the “do it yourself” machine. Location was very good for our purposes.

We often took the stairs. Only one small lift. Due to vrus constraints, only two people at one time.

The proximity to Hamburg and the beach.

The queen bed was actually two bed connected so the middle wasn’t comfortable at all, you either use one side or the other, which makes the bed half of its size! Balcony to the sea side doesn’t necessarily mean you have the sea view - lesson learned. Two employees said they couldn’t see me at the reception because I am too small! I know I am and I don’t need people (mainly the ones who don’t know me) telling me that, specially on my birthday! I felt awful!

Gute zentrale Lage, schneller Zugang zum Strand. Das Frühstuck bietet eine große Vielzahl an Speisen. Das Zimmer war ruhig gelegen, sauber und komfortabel. Im Bad ausreichend Ablagemöglichkeiten. Besonders angenehm ist die Möglichkeit der Tee-und Kaffeezubereitung im Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in angenehmer Atmosphere.

Sehr gutes Frühstück wie man es in einem 4 Sterne Haus erwartet. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, Kaffee Mineralwasser und sogar Schokolade waren vorhanden. Hotel liegt in der 2. Reihe einige Zimmer gibt es mit Meerblick.

Alles gut wir sind seit Jahren Gäste in dem Haus und es hält ihren Standard oder baut ihn noch aus.

Super nettes, freundliches Personal. Das Essen war fantastisch, da gibt es keine Einwände. Absolut lecker.

Das Zimmer war recht klein. Es war sehr sauber und alles dabei, also nicht wirklich nicht gefallen sondern eben nur klein. Aber im Urlaub ist man viel unterwegs und schläft nur im Zimmer.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer und sehr freundliche Angestellte

Zwischen Strand und Hotel befinden sich nur die Strandpromenade und die Straße, die Entfernung beträgt ca. 150 Meter. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend, an der Rezeption und im Restaurant, die Reinigungskräfte sehr freundlich. Recht schönes Zimmer mit wirklich lichtdichten Vorhängen und sehr bequemen Matratzen. Sehr modernes und sauberes Bad (keinerlei Flecken o.ä. in der Dusche) und ausreichend große Ablageflächen. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend, das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen, es gab nur keinen pflanzlichen Ersatz für Milch und Joghurt, was für uns persönlich aber zu verschmerzen war.

Wir waren an einem Tag noch im Zimmer, als die Reinigungskraft klopfte. Sie meinte, sie käme später, was aber dann nicht der Fall war. Beim nächsten Mal wurde das Zimmer dann gemacht, also alles okay.

Zu teuer für das hotel und die Lage. Frühstück sehr gut.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Die Putzfeen waren mega freundlich.

Hauptsaison, ok, aber der Preis ist viel zu hoch für das, was angeboten wird. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption schien komplett überfordert zu sein. Eine Wartezeit mit nur einer Person vor uns... Unglaublich.

Rundherum wundervoller Aufenthalt mit toller Qualität beim Frühstück.

Das Frühstück war exzellent, vor allem die Produkte!! Das Buffet war bisweilen etwas eng 😉. Die Lage ist zum Strand hin super, zu Stadtentrum für ganz viele machbar. Und wenn man mag ist auch der Hafen von Niendorf zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen.

Die Betten sind einfach nur hart.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, einmal über die Straße ist man am Strand. Das Frühstück war umfangreich.

Das Zimmer war laut, da direkt zur Straßenseite gehend. Ein Meerblick war vom 1. Stock nicht gegeben. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war nicht angenehm, die Matratze war extrem weich.

Wir haben bei Booking COM gebucht, alles Inklusiv mit Kurtaxe und da mussten wir noch extra die Kurtaxe bezahlen. Trotzdem, dass das stand, dass das schon bezahlt ist von Booking COM das war nicht in Ordnung.

Fürs Wochenende und kaum im Zimmer ok

Dieses Hotel haben wir nun ausprobiert, da wir etwas anderes ausprobieren wollten. Aber wir gehen wieder zurück zum Stammhotel ein paar Häuser weiter. Die Lage und Nähe zum Meer war gut. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut aber sehr standardmäßig. Das Personal freundlich. Das Bett war schön und leise.

Das Zimmer war vollgestellt mit Möbeln. Das Hotel ist echt in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badewanne hatte Schimmel in den Fugen, den Marmor Fußboden Flecken und im Klo war chemische Flecken die nicht mehr wegging. Es stand eine normale Seifenspender mit Flüssigseife im Bad. Die Badewanne war auch zum duschen und beim duschen ist der Boden total nass geworden. Die Zimmertüren knallten sehr laut. Bei geöffnetem Fenster, das Zimmer zum Parkplatz, da Lüfter(?) sehr laut war.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Hotels war super, man konnte zu Fuß vieles erreichen- Strand, City, Restaurants. Parkplatz hinterm Haus (leider gegen Gebühr), auch für die Fahrräder gibt es einen Unterstand, wo man auch die E-Bikes aufladen konnte. Beim Frühstück war für jeden etwas dabei, sehr reichlich
