Am Front Office wurden wir herzlichst begrüßt und die Mitarbeiterinnen waren für jeden Bereich spitzenmässig. Frühstück super klasse

Unser App. ist in die Jahre gekommen, es war sauber, aber recht unmodern, im Gegensatz zu dem anderen, welches wir vor 2 Jahren bezogen hatten.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist wunderbar, im Winter kann man sogar die Ostsee sehen🤩. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Es fühlt sich wie ein Familienunternehmen an. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und prima. Die Ausstattung des Wohn- und Schlafzimmers ist richtig gut.

Der Fernseher ist sehr klein und das Bad ist ok, aber könnte noch verschönert werden…. Alte Fliesen.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden und hatten tolle Zimmer. Der Bademantel war super flauschig und auch die Handtücher beim Schwimmen waren toll. Sehr leckeres Frühstück!

Schöner Aufenthalt, gerne wieder

Super Lage,wenige geh Minuten zum Strand und Zentrum. Total liebes Personal. Alles da was man braucht. Hotel ansich sauber,ordentlich und gepflegt.

Suren im Bad sobald man den Lichtschalter betätigt hat, allgemein das Bad bräuchte noch eine Generalüberholung. Wenn jemand im Bad darüber auf Toilette war hört man das deutlich.

Das Appartement war sehr schön groß , das hatten wir so nicht erwartet 😊Frühstück war gut und lecker .

Parkplätze waren sehr knapp bemessen , hätten wir nicht vorher reserviert, hätten wir keinen mehr bekommen .

Nah am Strand und zur Innenstadt. Balkon, Sauna, Bademantel, Schwimmbad und tolles Frühstück. Bushaltestelle gleich vor dem Hotel.

Betten, Matratzen durchgelegen. Parkplätze ziemlich eng für alle. Sessel fleckig. Etwas teurer.

1 Woche Auszeit am Timmendorfer Strand im 3,5 Sterne Hotel Ancora

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels zum Strand und ins Centrum. EZ klein, Bad mit Dusche. Pflegeprodukte, Kosmetiktücher etc. vorhanden. Ganze Hotelanlage incl. Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück als Buffet reichhaltig, es wurde ständig nachgelegt. Viele frische Produkte. Heißgetränke wurden serviert. Man musste nicht in einer Schlange vor einem Kaffeeautomaten stehen! Service im Haus insgesamt top!

2 Frühstückszeiten, die beim Checkin auszuwählen waren. Etwas mehr Flexibilität wäre schön. Parkplätze gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Heiß umkämpft, da begrenzte Anzahl und ziemlich eng. Kein Radioempfang über TV auf dem Zimmer.

Angenehm bis auf Kleinigkeiten , gute Lage, würden es allerdings nicht wieder buchen

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, überwiegend freundliches Personal und ist sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut.

Das Zimmer wurde an einem Tag nicht gereinigt, auf Nachfrage wurde nur angemerkt, dass die Reinigungskräfte überall durch sind. Erneute Nachfrage, dass neue Handtücher benötigt werden, diese wurden gebracht. Freundliches Personal, allerdings keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten. An der Rezeption muss man öfter mal etwas Wartezeit einplanen, da diese nicht immer besetzt ist.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Frühstück super. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Badezimmer etwas klein, aber sonst top.

Es gab zu Beginn ein paar Probleme mit dem Zimmer und der Buchung. Aber das Hotel ist uns da sehr entgegen gekommen und wir haben dann ein Upgrade bekommen, damit wir nicht während des Urlaubs die Zimmer wechseln müssen.
