Good choice for this price

Comfortable beds, very close to the beach, free parking nearby. Great breakfast. Best value for money, couldn't find a cheaper price elsewhere at that time

The bed sheets and towels smelled a little weird. Sauna is only until 8:30pm and needs to turned on 20min before on request. If you want to avoid the 12€ parking at the hotel, you may be lucky to park on the road behind the hotel and ring the reception to ask for open the gate. Otherwise, you have to walk around it.

I’ve requested late check-in, reservation was confirmed, but no one was at reception and the code didn’t worked. The person on the phone said that she haven’t seen the reservation, told me that she can be in 1 hour and proposed to search for other place to stay. I’ve spent 2 hours of the night with my wife and 1y.o. child to find a place to stay after 30hour ferry trip. Had to spent twice due to late booking and a rush we’ve had

Sehr schönes Haus mit gediegener Atmosphäre, super Frühstück, geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtetes Zimmer und guter Wellnessbereich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub.

Sehr schönes Hotel in perfekter Lage.

Sehr schöne und große Zimmer sowie eine perfekte Lage für alle Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer und im Aufenthaltsraum sind gratis und immer vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück ist am Wochenende deutlich hochwertiger und Umfangreicher.

Perfekt zum erholen!

Rustikales kleines Hotel wo man sehr gut entspannen kann! Sehr ruhig und in ein paar Minuten ist man an der Strandpromenade. Restaurants gibt es auch viele in der Nähe. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall vorher reservieren!

Der Parkplatz war schwer zu finden. Wir sind eine ganze Weile herumgeirrt auch bis man eine Parkmöglichkeit gefunden hat um überhaupt mal erfragen zu können wo wir hin müssen! Evtl. sollte das besser ausgeschildert werden.

die Lage ist sehr gut, ruhig und mit Parkplatz, der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön und besonders, weil alte erhaltene Optik Frühstück gut

Fahrstuhl nicht vorhanden, Gepäck muss über das Treppenaus ( Wendeltreppe ) getragen werden, in der Juniorsuite keine Dusche ( wegen Dachschräge) Badewanne sehr schwierig zu nutzen, Toilettendeckel wurde erst nach einer Woche repariert, Varianz des Frühstückbüffets eingeschränkt, alle Kaffewünsche über Filterkaffe in Thermoskanne hinaus wurden exrtra berechnet ( 4 Sterne Hotel !!!)) Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant teilweise unfreundlich, weil scheinbar überfordert

Aufenthalt mit Schwächen

Hotel älter, aber etwas ungewöhnlicher Bauweise. Wedeltreppe zu den Zimmern. Zimmer groß mit älteren Möbeln, aber ok. Betten bequem. Bad wurde wohl vor kurzem renoviert. Kleiner Balkon am Zimmer. Frühstück in Ordnung. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und dem Zentrum.

Leider waren die Tische im Frühstücksraum sehr klein, man konnte nicht alles hinstellen. Fliegen im Saftspender. Taxi für die Rückfahrt zum Bahnhof wurde vergessen, obwohl ich am Vorabend die Zeit zweimal angegeben hatte. Nachbestelltes Taxi morgens kam auch nicht zeitig, also mit Gepäck zum Bahnhof gehetzt, damit Anschlüsse in Lübeck und dann Hamburg erreicht wurden.

Nah am Meer

Habe ein grosses Zimmer bezahlt aber die erste Nacht haben Sie uns in die kleinste Zimmer gebucht und angeblich ein Fehler gemacht. Aber Nachhinein fand ich heraus, unser großes Zimmer war Doppel gebucht. Habe am selben Abend reklamiert aber erst ein Tag danach hat man uns eine Lösung anbieten können. Sehr unangenehm wenn so etwas passiert, vor allem wenn man auf sein Urlab freut. Erstattung durch nicht Berechnung der Parkgebühren wurde sogar von mir vorgeschlagen. Sehr, sehr schade!!!

Die Sterne sind leider verglüht

Die Anlage, die ursprüngliche Villa und der historische Frühstücksraum sind absolut sehenswert. Das Frühstücksangebot ist reichhaltig und lecker. Leider muss man für Kaffeespezialitäten wie Cappuccino extra bezahlen.

Es ist KEIN Vier-Sterne-Hotel! Dafür ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Die gesamte Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt viel mehr Pflege. Die Zimmer im Hauptbau riechen muffig (Vorhänge sind ungewaschen, Teppichböden 30 Jahre alt) und die Balkone haben Spinnweben. Im Eingangsbereich des Haupthauses begrüßen einen die abgestellten Staubsauger und der Blick in die Putz-/Wäschekammer. Die Betreiber geben sich zwar Mühe, bräuchten aber mehr Personal, um dem Anwesen gerecht zu werden.

Toller Urlaub, wir kommen wieder.

Ein schönes gemütliches Hotel mit Strandnahen Lage . Die Linie 40 direkt vorm Hotel mit der Ostseekarte erhält man eine Ermäßigung auf alle Busfahrten, nach Lübeck , Travemünde und Umgebung.

Unser Zimmer hätte größer sein können aber bitte nicht überbewerten.

Schönes Ostsee-Wochenende

Lt. Beschreibung ist fas Hotel eine Villa aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, ein Neubau wird nicht erwähnt. Die Unterbringung war aber im dahinterliegenden „Neubau“ aus den 70-80 Jahren.

Die Zimmer wurden gut gereinigt.

Das Hotel bietet kein Restaurant, keine Bar ist also Garni! Des gibt drei Saunen, von denen eine einen defekten Aufgussautomaten hatte und eine war ganz geschlossen -angeblich wegen Defektes, was sich als Lüge herausstellte, als ich die Sauna anstellte, war alles in Ordnung. Dies ist nur ein Zeichen, dass das Rezeptions-/Frühstücks-Personal überfordert ist und dies auch mit extrem mürrischem Verhalten zeigt. Die Saunen wurden nur angestellt, wenn man dies vorher anmeldete und nur zwischen 15-18:30 Uhr. Das Tauchbecken war leer und nicht benutzbar. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich verglichen mit anderen Hotels mit weniger Sternen. Es gab nur Rührei und hartgekochte Eier, Das Rührei war schlecht zubereitet, trocken und feste Pampe. Croissant und Prosecco gibt es nur am Wochenende. Auf dem Zimmer gab es keine Kaffeemaschine. Beim Frühstück gab es nur eine Thermoskanne Filterkaffe. Espresso/Latte etc. kostet zusätzlich 2.50€. Die Rezeption war nach 11:00 Uhr selten besetzt, das Personal war dann verschwunden (siehe Foto). Ein Whirlpool Bad kostet 85 € für zwei Stunden! Ein Bademantel kann für 5€ geliehen werden. Dies sind Dinge, die man in einem Wellness Hotel nicht erwartet. Zimmer waren sauber und die Putzleute freundlich.Dieses Hotel schränkt jeden Service kostenbedingt ein. Wir empfehlen, auf andere Hotels auszuweichen. Die angebotenen Serviceleistungen werden offenbar nur während der Sterne-Evaluierung bereitgestellt.

Na am Strand und am Zentrum. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Leider keine Dusche Im Zimmer, schade. Aber für 3 Nächte war es aber ok. Bei längerem Aufenthalt bevorzugen wir doch eher eine Dusche.
