Good choice for this price

Comfortable beds, very close to the beach, free parking nearby. Great breakfast. Best value for money, couldn't find a cheaper price elsewhere at that time

The bed sheets and towels smelled a little weird. Sauna is only until 8:30pm and needs to turned on 20min before on request. If you want to avoid the 12€ parking at the hotel, you may be lucky to park on the road behind the hotel and ring the reception to ask for open the gate. Otherwise, you have to walk around it.

I’ve requested late check-in, reservation was confirmed, but no one was at reception and the code didn’t worked. The person on the phone said that she haven’t seen the reservation, told me that she can be in 1 hour and proposed to search for other place to stay. I’ve spent 2 hours of the night with my wife and 1y.o. child to find a place to stay after 30hour ferry trip. Had to spent twice due to late booking and a rush we’ve had

Schönes Hotel. Aber Timmendorf ist einfach zu versnobbt und zu teuer.

Der Frühstückssaal ist phänomenal. Der Altbau sah auch sehr schön aus - wären gern dort untergebracht gewesen.

Ich hatte auf ein Zimmer im Altbau mit dem entsprechenden Gropiusambiente gehofft. Hatte wohl bei der Buchung nicht aufgepasst.

Sehr unfreundliche Küchenfrau beim Frühstück (unpassend dazu stand eine Trinkgeldbox da); konnten leider die Sauna nicht nutzen, da diese nur ab nachmittags geöffnet ist und wir leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel verweilt haben und leider erst spät abends angereist sind; die nette Rezeptionistin war schlecht ortskundig

Ich hab 2 Tage vorher angerufen das ich bitte einen großen Bademantel brauche, am Telefon war es kein Problem. Als wir da waren gab es nur Einheitsgröße schade hätte ich das gewusst da. Wäre mein eigener mit gekommen.... Das Erste Zimmer hatte keine Badewanne wie gebucht,so mussten wir als erstes um ziehen Das zweiten Zimmer war leider nicht ordentlich sauber, Staub, Schimmel im Bad, Wasserflecken und Riesen Spinnen in der honeymoon sweet meine Frau ist durchgedreht, das Geburtstagsgeschenk war Beste!! Danke Das Frühstück war ok aber auch nichts besonderes wir sind beide langjährige Gastronomen und haben Hotellerie Erfahrung das geht besser für den Preis Beste Grüße

Die Lage ist ideal. Wir konnten direkt zum Strand laufen.

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön, man hatte das Gefühl in einem historischen Restaurant zu sein. Es war ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück.

Die Sauna und der Ruheraum sind auf unterschiedlichen Etagen, der Whirlpool ist nur gegen einen teuren Aufpreis zu nutzen (2 Stunden für 85 €)

Das Frühstück war nicht gut. Die Auswahl war klein, die Produkte billig und der Filterkaffee schmeckte nicht. Cappuccino etc. hätte man gegen Aufpreis erwerben müssen .

Der Aufenthalt war aufgrund von Falschinformationen im Buchungsportal enttäuschen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Bei der Suche nach einem Hotel für unseren Urlaub habe ich gezielt nach Hotels mit Wellness-Bereich gesucht. Nachdem ich bereits ein anderes Hotel gebucht hatte, bin ich auf dieses gestoßen. Der auf der Buchungsseite abgebildete Whirlpool und der Satz „In dieser Rate inbegriffen: 3 Stunden Zugang zum Wellnessbereich pro Tag und Erwachsenen.“ hat mich dazu bewogen, die vorherige Buchung zu stornieren und schließlich dieses Hotel zu buchen. Im Hotel hieß es dann, dass der Satz falsch sei: Inbegriffen sei nur die Sauna, die Nutzung des Whirlpools muss extra gebucht werden. Ich habe deutlich gemacht, dass ich den Satz im Buchungsportal für irreführend und falsch halte und dass ich dementsprechend enttäuscht vom Hotel bin. Nur wegen des Pools hätte ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden. Angesprochen habe ich mein Anliegen nicht nur ein-, sondern zweimal. Zweimal ist es weggelächelt worden. Das Hotel habe keinen Einfluss auf das, was bei Booking.com beschrieben ist (das halte ich für fragwürdig). Die Sache sei blöd, aber nicht zu ändern. Missverständnisse können passieren, dass allerdings überhaupt keine Anstalten gemacht werden sich ernsthaft mit den Problemen unzufriedener Gäste auseinandersetzen zu wollen, schockiert mich. Welches Entgegenkommen es auch immer gewesen wäre, schlussendlich wurde mir nur noch eine gute Heimreise gewünscht. Insgesamt ein aufgrund nicht erfüllter Erwartungen nicht zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt und eine enttäuschende Kommunikation mit dem Gast. Wir werden wohl nicht wiederkommen.

Perfekt für ein Wochenende

Die Lage war super sehr nah an der Promenade und zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Balkon ist über dem Parkplatz. Im Sommer hätte uns das wohl mehr gestört. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, es gab immer frischen Kaffee, allerdings hätte ich mir als Allergikerin ein paar vegane Alternativen zu Wurst und Milchprodukten gewünscht. Immerhin wurde mir auf Anfrage Hafermilch serviert. Etwas ärgerlich war der hohe Preis für den Parkplatz.

Perfekte Erholung

Sehr schöne und große Zimmer sowie eine perfekte Lage für alle Aktivitäten. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Frühstück ausreichend und lecker. Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer und im Aufenthaltsraum sind gratis und immer vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück ist am Wochenende deutlich hochwertiger und Umfangreicher.

Perfekt zum erholen!

Rustikales kleines Hotel wo man sehr gut entspannen kann! Sehr ruhig und in ein paar Minuten ist man an der Strandpromenade. Restaurants gibt es auch viele in der Nähe. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall vorher reservieren!

Der Parkplatz war schwer zu finden. Wir sind eine ganze Weile herumgeirrt auch bis man eine Parkmöglichkeit gefunden hat um überhaupt mal erfragen zu können wo wir hin müssen! Evtl. sollte das besser ausgeschildert werden.

Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant teilweise unfreundlich, weil scheinbar überfordert

Aufenthalt mit Schwächen

Hotel älter, aber etwas ungewöhnlicher Bauweise. Wedeltreppe zu den Zimmern. Zimmer groß mit älteren Möbeln, aber ok. Betten bequem. Bad wurde wohl vor kurzem renoviert. Kleiner Balkon am Zimmer. Frühstück in Ordnung. Kurzer Weg zum Strand und dem Zentrum.

Leider waren die Tische im Frühstücksraum sehr klein, man konnte nicht alles hinstellen. Fliegen im Saftspender. Taxi für die Rückfahrt zum Bahnhof wurde vergessen, obwohl ich am Vorabend die Zeit zweimal angegeben hatte. Nachbestelltes Taxi morgens kam auch nicht zeitig, also mit Gepäck zum Bahnhof gehetzt, damit Anschlüsse in Lübeck und dann Hamburg erreicht wurden.
