A very smart place to stay right by the beach

On the whole, this was a fabulous place to stay. I had a sea view room in the new part of the hotel, and as the hotel is just behind the beach, the view in the morning was beautiful. The room was really nice with a brilliant bathroom. The whole place was spotless. A very nice breakfast offering although, the bread might have been left out overnight, as it was slightly stale.

The hotel did send me some clear instructions on how to arrive, however, I did not like the fact that there was no reception service. I do appreciate that mid-November is very "out of season" but I thought that reception closing at 3pm was too early. I also thought the parking and local taxes were quite expensive.

Great location, comfortable room, amazing breakfast, nice staff

No elevator in the building where we had our room. We had to park our baby’s stroller downstairs, which was a bit inconvenient going up and down with our baby and baby stuff several times a day.

The main building is in renovation. This is not so much a problem except when being waked up by the workers speaking loud outside at 7am on a saturday morning.

Very nice stay directly at the beach

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was directly at the beach. We loved our stay at the Strandhotel Fontana. The only little thing is that the hotel has no elevator (which is not needed much), but we needed to carry our luggage upstairs to our room on our own. Besides this, everything was perfect. We would love to come back

Sehr schöner und erholsamer Kurzaufenthalt in ausgezeichnetem Hotel

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in hervorragendem Ambiente. Ausgezeichnete Lage an der Strandpromenade. Schöne Sauna und Ruheräume laden zum Entspannen ein Hoteleigene Parkplätze stehen vorm Haus zur Verfügung.

Alles in allem gib es keine nennenswerte Kritik. Auch im Stammhaus sind die Zimmer komfortabel und mit guten Betten ausgestattet. Lediglich der Teppichboden in unserem Zimmer könnte gern entfallen und durch z.B. Laminat etc. ersetzt werden.

Rigtig lækkert hotel . har været her flere gange og kommer gerne igen.

bestilte halv pension, lige op til jul.. alle andre i restaurenten(som ikke havde bestil halv pension) fik lækker juleand m.m.... mens vi blev spist af med en kedelig pastaret..

Das Personal war so freundlich, hilfsbereit und hilfreich. Außergewöhnlich! Die Lage direkt am Strand ist herrlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war perfekt und auch für Veganer:innen gab es eine super Auswahl.

Wir waren schon zwei mal dort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen auch ein drittes mal! Direkt am Strand. Super Frühstück. Schöne Zimmer. Super Wellnessbereich.

Da gibt es nichts. Im Wellnessbereich würde ein kleiner Whirlpool das Angebot perfekt machen.

Etwas enttäuschend

Sehr gute Lage, hervorragendes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal

Zimmer sind leider nicht allergikerfreundlich, bei uns lag ein in die Jahre gekommener Teppichboden im Zimmer. Kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer, kein Aufzug, nichts für eingeschränkte Mobilität. Der gebuchte Meerblick war leider durch - schöne - Bäume fast nicht zu sehen
