A lovely setting in a perfect location

My single room was tiny but felt bigger due to its balcony. Also, it was stylish, comfortable and quiet. The front desk reception staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was delicious and bountiful and the staff in that restaurant were helpful. I loved the pool area and relaxation room with a view overlooking the sea.

The staff in the evening restaurant were not particularly friendly or attentive. I waited far too long for the service. The food was not up to the price, edible but not excellent. I ended up eating at other local restaurants. I had problems with a couple of broken things in my room which were eventually fixed. They gave me a free breakfast to make up for the inconvenience.

The room is comfortable and there are nice views. The breakfast and terrace are nice. The location is very good.

Drinks from the bar took a long time to arrive even though we were the only guests at the bar. It seemed like the bar man was busy preparing drinks for guests in the restaurant. When I asked for the wine menu, I was handed a menu for other drinks that did not include wine... Worst of all, I travelled with an elderly men who needs a trolley to walk. This hotel even though it is 5 stars and a lot of its guests are elderly, is not disabled friendly, not even slightly. There is no bathroom in the huge area of restaurant and bar as well as outdoor terrace. You need to take the elevators down and then walk quite some time (from an elderly persons perspective) to find the bathroom. Finally before entering the bathroom you need to climb up three additional stairs which proved extremely difficult for the elderly men I travelled with. Also in the lounge area there are some unnecessary steps. This is an old prestigious hotel and I cannot understand this. Please make this hotel disabled or elderly friendly.

staff tried to ignore you, they were arguing amongst themselves creating an unwelcome atmosphere. The facilities are a bit tired, scratches on the floor, greying towels, sink plug not working….

Location

Rooms with view lovely, but in need of renovation, one of our rooms had multiple large stains on the carpet. Bathrooms very dated and water in the shower cold at times. Gym facilities very poor, dark room, no fun to use. Overall not 5 star standard, some staff very nice, but others a bit snotty, as if they were doing us a favour to let us stay in the hotel. Food in the restaurant equally not 5 star worthy, went out to eat elsewhere.

We booked a Spa Hotel but all Spa options were booked out. Makes no sense to advertise Wellness and Spa when you can’t offer that because that’s what we came for. That didn’t stop them from trying to charge us for Spa & Massage when checking out. Luckily we noticed! They also charge 35 € a night for a small dog which they never mentioned.

The rooms are fabulous. large and overviewing the sea.

I was very happy that the hotel accepted my small dog, but found the daily fee for that - 35 Euros - excessive, notably in the light that besides the room, dogs were not allowed anywhere at the hotel, not even in a far corner of the enormous outdoor terrace.

Tolles Economyzimmer mit riesen Terrasse und Liegen. Besonders schön und entspannend der Indoor Pool/ Saunabereich. Lage direkt am Strand. Super tolles und großes Frühstücksbuffet.

Das hoteleigene Restaurant war qualitativ und preisleistungstechnisch schlecht .. für ein 5 Sterne Hotel kann man viel mehr erwarten. Für 6 Ravioli (vegetarisch) 27€ .. über die Anrichtung reden wir nicht ..

Für ein Zimmer welches deutlich mehr als EUR 250,- pro Nacht kostet, und als „Premium“ verkauft wird, dürfen solche Ding

Die traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand. Der Spa-Bereich, der Pool und das sehr gute Frühstück.

Das Zimmer war bei unserer Ankunft eiskalt, die Fenster waren nicht geputzt (was gerade im 10 Stock mit Meerblick - was ja auch seinen Preis hatte - nicht schön ist), der Abzug im Bad (ohne Fenster) war defekt, die Fensterbank hatte Risse im Lack und die Fenster-Einfassung sah aus, als wenn dort gerade jemand mit grobem Werkzeug lang gewischt hätte, vollkommen unsauber. Die Parkgarage war derart eng und dunkel, dass man mit einem mittelgroßen Fahrzeug deutlich Probleme hatte. Die Thematik des defekten Badlüfters wurde nach der ersten Nach an der Rezeption gemeldet, passiert ist bis zur Abreise nichts dahingehend.

Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig! Wir würden es weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Suite im 4. Stock mit einem Eckbalkon, so dass wir auf das Meer schauen konnten. Wir konnten aufgrund des Eckbalkons zwischen Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen wechseln. Sitzgruppe und zwei Sonnenliegen waren vorhanden. Es war traumhaft. Die Suite selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Das kleine Ankleidezimmer verhindert, dass es unaufgeräumt aussieht und man fühlt sich wohl. Der Spa Bereich mit Saunen, zwei Pools, die Sitzmögilchkeiten draußen im Strandkorb, der Sportraum, alles einfach sehr gut durchdacht. Das Bad ist wunderschön und modern. Die bodentiefen Fenster geben einen herrlichen Ausblick. Der Roomservice ist ausgezeichnet. Die Bestellung wird telefonisch aufgenommen und in kürzester Zeit auch auf das Zimmer gebracht. Die Freundlichkeit beim Roomservice ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen, können es daher auch nicht bewerten. Alles in allem war es für uns ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Am Hotel mit Zugang zum Hotel gibt es eine Tiefgarage. Wir hatten eine andere Tiefgarage über die Straße. Das war jetzt für uns kein Problem, allerdings muss man dann die Koffer vorher vor dem Hotel ausladen und das wurde alles bisschen schwierig, da man dann das Auto vor dem Hotel nicht zügig wegfahren konnte. Der Wendebereich ist sehr klein und bei der Anreise mit Autos vollgeparkt. Das alles wurde auch nicht gut kommuniziert. Einer Nachfrage bei der Anreise wurde nicht sehr freundlich nachgekommen. Aber ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab kleine, aber wiederkehrende Probleme mit dem Zimmerservice (Tee- und Kaffeestation, Toilettenpapier), die aber sofort bei Bekanntgabe behoben wurden. Nur möchte man im Urlaub darauf nicht hinweisen müssen... Die Bezüge des Sofas hatten Flecken. Durch diese Mängel stimmt nach unserem Verständnis das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht mehr.

Schöner Ausblick aber maximal vier Sterne

Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine Junior Suite im 5. Stockwerk. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Der Ausblick auf die Seebrücke war toll und der Sonnenaufgang morgens auch sehr schön.

Leider können wir über das Personal weniger Gutes sagen. Weder das Service beim Frühstück noch die Rezeption konnte mich Freundlichkeit glänzen. Hier hätte man sich deutlich mehr erwartet.

Schöne Lage, leider dem Preis unangemessener Service an vielen Punkten! Insgesamt absolut überteuert und für diesen Prei

Die Lage ist natürlich traumhaft. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage und der Blick über das Wasser ist großartig! Die Zimmer sind groß, ebenso das Bad mit zwei Waschbecken, Badewanne und Dusche sowie ein separates (räumlich getrenntes) WC. Alles ist anstandslos sauber, sollte aber selbstverständlich so sein.

Über den Geschmack der Einrichtung kann man immer streiten. Wir fanden es etwas altertümlich aber dennoch funktionell in Ordnung. Das ist aber eine persönliche Geschmacksfrage. Auf zwei Aufzüge für 10 Etagen muss man halt doch ab und zu warten. Leider geht der Aufzug nicht bis in die Parkgarage. Die Cocktails an der Hotelbar sind vorsichtig formuliert „nichts besonderes“, dafür aber mit 15,-€ für die gelieferte Qualität „besonders“ teuer. Das Frühstück war bei uns inklusive gebucht, kostet bei Einzelbuchen stolze 30,-€ p. P.!!! Leider auch hier eher durchschnittlich. Frischen O-Saft muss man selber mit einer elektrischen Handpresse aus halben Orangen pressen, was eine etwas klebrige Angelegenheit ist und zu Warteschlagen führt. An den Tisch hat sich leider keine Bedienung verirrt. Bei den Preisen erwartet man einen hervorragenden Service! Für ein 5-Sterne-Grand-Hotel leider im Service indiskutabel!

Ein erholsamer, genußreicher Kurzurlaub in einem schönen, gediegenen Rahmen.

Frühstück, Zimmer (9. Stock) sowie die Lage zum Ort waren sehr gut.

Das Untergeschoß für das Parken war nur über eine Betontreppe von außerhalb des Hotels erreichbar. Abends schlecht, bzw. zu spät beleuchtet. Bei Rückkehr bei Nacht fährt man zunächst in ein fast dunkles Loch. Zutritt zum Hotel wieder über besagte Betontreppe außerhalb.

Die Lage des Hotels und der Blick von unserem Zimmer waren einzigartig.

Leider hat dieses Hotel unsere Erwartung sowohl im Hinblick auf das Service Level in allen Bereichen als auch auf die Zimmerausstattung nicht erfüllt. Die Zimmer sind sehr abgewohnt und die Sauberkeit in den Zimmern lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das WLAN war sehr unbeständig. Teile des Personals wirkten bemüht, bei vielen war leider kein Gastgeberspirit erkennbar. Handtücher & Getränke im Spa- & Poolbereich wurden gar nicht oder nur sehr unregelmässig aufgefüllt. Die Auflagen der Liegen am Pool wurden nur auf Wunsch und dann auch mit viel zeitlicher Verzögerung bereitgestellt. Alles in allem erwarte ich in einem Hotel diese Klasse mehr. Zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt würde ich diese Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Es war sehr ruhig im Schwimmbereich.

Die Zimmer sind etwas runtergekommen. Vor allem die Toiletten und das Badezimmer. Es hat modrig gerochen, vor allem in der Dusche. Im Untergeschoss, wo sich das Spielzimmer befindet, haben wir eine Maus entdeckt. Preis/ Leistung stimmt nicht. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch. Das Frühstück muss extra bezahlt werden. Dafür werden 30 € pro Person und pro Tag verlangt. Einfach viel zu hoch. Parkplätze gibt es ebenfalls keine. Muss auch extra bezahlt werden. (14€ pro Tag) Dieser befindet sich nicht am Hotel., somit hat man sein Auto nicht im Blick.
