Not a good value for money

the location was very good, just on the beach. the bed was very comfortable and the staff very polite. The room and the entire facilities were exceptional clean and well kept. The breakfast was standard but above average in quality.

despite giving an overall good review, I really think that it wasn’t a good value for money. I travelled quite a lot and I never spent so much money for a hotel. For this high price I expected quite a lot more. The toiletries were reduced to the minimum (shower gel and soap) for example, and there wasn’t even a kettle in the room.

Das ist Hotel ist einfach sehr gut und wir würden es nochmal buchen

Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach nicht zu topen. Das Personal war auch immer sehr nett und hat alle Frage und Wünsche erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist sehe sehr gut.

Die Matrazen hätten für uns eteas weicher sein können, aber das ist ja für jeden unterschiedlich

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit super Lage

Das Frühstück, das Personal, die Lage und die Betten, alles sehr gut. Besonders toll war der Aussenbereich wo man abends ganz toll Essen und trinken konnte.

Der Innenpool war sehr kalt. Auch der Fahrstuhl war sehr eng (nur für 3 Personen).

Die Nähe zum Meer, wir hatten 2 Balkons, der nach hinten war immer windstill. Das Restaurant war sehr gut.

Geweldige , gastvrije , vriendelijke , voorzien van een heel goede keuken , leuke locatie

Ontbijt liet aan sortering , kwaliteit en uitvoering niets te wensen over. Locatie was prima , leuk gelegen gelijk aan de boulevard, waarbij men kon kiezen qua zitplaats , binnen in het restaurant, in de overdekte buitenruimte met leuk uitzicht ( welke nu niet van toepassing , is voorzien van meerdere heathers ) , of helemaal buiten onder de parasols op het terras. Het personeel , van bediening tot de dames die de kamers bijhielden , of receptie , waren allemaal super aardig en reuze vriendelijk, en dat was niet gemaakt , maar gewoon de aard van het beestje. Voor het parkeren moest weliswaar € 10,- p.d. worden betaald , maar daarvoor stond men dan ook op eigen terrein achter een slagboom , die alleen met kamerpas te openen was, perfect .

Hoewel wij tijdens ons verblijf gelukkig niet echt dekbedden nodig hadden , moest wel worden vastgesteld dat deze aan vernieuwing toe waren. In het zwembad zou een zeepdispenser in de douche fijn geweest zijn, nu moest deze vanaf de kamer worden meegenomen. En hoewel ik mij bewust ben dat dit behoorlijk extra kosten met zich meebrengt , zou het water in het zwembad een paar graden hoger zeer aangenaam zijn, niet iedereen houdt namelijk van een echte frisse duik !

Tolle Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade, 10 m zum Strand. Sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück sehr vielseitig mit hochwertigen Produkten. Sehr gutes Restaurant.

Im Hochsommer wird man im oberen Stockwerk evtl. eine Klimaanlage vermissen.

Hohes Preisniveau mit Schwächen

- direkte Strandlage und Strandkorbverleih gleich gegenüber - modernes Zimmer mit Kühlschrank - Sauberkeit im Zimmer (Reinigung jeden zweiten Tag) - Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet

- teurer kostenpflichtiger Parkplatz für 10 Euro pro Tag - Zufahrt zum Parkplatz mit Schranke gesichert, Bedienen für die Durchfahrt nur durch Aussteigen aus dem Auto möglich (umständlich und gefährlich, da direkt an viel befahrener Straße) - Doppelzimmer mit Balkon, mit einem Minibalkon 1,4 qm (zur Nutzung mit 2 Personen nicht geeignet) - sehr kleines Bad, Toilettentür schlägt an WC an, permanenter Lüfter, schlechte Beleuchtung (Kosmetik) - Restaurant, sehr hohe Preise, Qualität der Speisen konnte nicht überzeugen - Wellnessbereich zu klein, kein ansprechendes Niveau zum Wohlfühlen (beim Check-In keinerlei Hinweis oder Einweisung zur Nutzung des Bereichs) - Miniaufzug für max. 1 Person geeignet, mit Koffer schon eine Herausforderung, ab Höhe Rezeption, direkt vom Parkplatz aus, nicht Barrierefrei (überwiegend ältere Gäste) - Für das hohe Preisniveau des Hotels passen Leistung und Angebot nicht zusammen

Leider waren die Brötchen nicht zu genießen . Knüppel Hart , kaum zu beißen . Das Brot war dafür sehr Gut .

Urlaub war superschön, Hotel würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen, Essen perfekt und toller Service.

Die Lage direkt am Strand, ohne Autoverkehr, tolle Strandpromenade, war super. Strandkörbe an der Promenade gehörten zum Hotel. Wir haben diese sehr oft genutzt, um einen Kaffee zu trinken. Man konnte dort auch frühstücken bzw. mittags oder abends auch essen. Das Personal im Hotel, aber auch die beiden Damen, die die Zimmer saubergemacht haben waren superfreundlich und nett sowie sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werden im nächsten Jahr sicher wiederkommen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Lage zum Hafen (wir sind jeden Tag zu Fuß dorthin gelaufen und haben das Flair am Hafen genossen) sowie die Möglichkeiten nach Timmendorfer Strand oder Scharbeutz oder Travemünde und auch Wismar zu nutzen, da alles in unmittelbarer Nähe ist.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer, nur leider befand sich dieses direkt über dem Wellnessbereich. Das heißt, im Zimmer war es schon recht warm, das wird im Sommer (wir waren Ende Mai dort) sicherlich noch extremer sein. Allerdings ist das vielleicht doch eher jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Schade, dass für das Zimmer mit 2 tollen Balkonen (!) nur eine Übernachtung Zeit war.

Personal, besonders beim Frühstück, super nett. Zum Ende der Frühstückszeit wurde man nicht einfach rausgeworfen, sondern freundlich gefragt, ob man noch was benötigt, noch Zeit braucht. Wäre schön, wenn das in allen Hotels so kundenorientiert wäre.

Nutzung des Parkplatzes ist etwas umständlich, weil man erst Aussteigen muss, um die Karte an den Scanner zu halten.
