My stays was safe abd helpful

The rooms and the facilities are beautiful and spacious, BUT NO TEA and kettle to make tea , I wasn't really happy about that. This was the first hotel I have witnessed this. But the staff are very friendly..five 🌟 🤩 for staff

Good hotel for a few nights in Leverkusen

The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is a good size for one person. It might not have enough space for too much luggage. The bathroom is quite big. The breakfast has a great variety of food. The hotel is in walking distance to the Leverkusen Mitte train station and also close to the city center with shopping streets.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is simple but beautifully designed. Everything was spotless clean

The location is not so great but it didn’t matter for us since we just needed a place to stay overnight not far from Cologne.

ok but room for improvement

The hotel itself was very nice, but there was no air con and my room was permanently 30 degrees. There was a fan in the room but it wasn't very powerful and didn't really suffice. There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room nor a fridge for me to buy my own beverages. My stay was during an extremely hot spell so it was nigh on impossible to sleep even with the windows open. Staff were very nice and the room was clean. The hotel wasn't a cheap hotel so I automatically assumed these facilities would be present, lesson learnt to check in future.

Good location for the Leverkusen Chempark

Very noisy street side room due to loudly people speeking till late at the hotel outside terrace. Too crowded breakfast room, too small dining room.

The staff are super friendly The location was good for us, between Düsseldorf and Köln, rooms and toilets are super clean

The noise coming from outside, there is a coffee shop that opens till late and lots of people outside making noise

Functional with a delicius breakfast

Comfy bad and shower. SIlente room, even been in the ground floor, in front of the street. An excellent breakfast. A nice walk to the river and near everything in Leverkusen. Easy acess to Koln.

Tha parking has an extra charge per day.

Comfortable overnight stay

Very helpful staff and a comfortable room. There was an issue with our room that the staff were very quick to rectify. The staff were also helpful in telling us how to use the local trains. Room was comfortable but small. Perfect for just spending the night there. Parking was easy.
