The best hotel for football fans
Everything was amazing

Parking the venue.
Mouse in the breakfast room!!
Hotel rooms all face the street; nothing visible of the stadion. So far the experience.
Renovation needed in the rooms.
Dayticket parking covers only the period from arrival time to 12h30 next day; regardless wether you arrive at 15h or at 23h you pay the same.

It was a good hotel for our group and for the purpose of our trip - visiting ANUGA in Köln

Was perfect for a one night stay during a road trip. Close to the highway. Quiet and comfortable room. Don’t know what it is like when there is a game though…

Breakfast was excellent - lots of variety and well stocked. The location was great as we were there for the stadium tour (highly recommended). Beds comfy. Sky Sports shown on TVs everywhere. Great Bayer Leverkusen memorabilia.
Shame we couldn’t get to the club shop through the hotel - it was signposted but entrance stayed closed. Meant walking around the stadium instead. In the morning there was quite a lot of noise. Nothing majorly disruptive.

There is so much wrong with staffing and attitude

Location close to Chempark. Good parking (though expensive at 20 euro per night).
- Long cue at checkin (only one desk open)
- Dangerous shower (water suddenly changes ti boiling hot)
- Average breakfast at 24 euro (!) per night
- Noise from nearby highway
- Rooms only cleaned/ beds made etc. every two days

Good clean room with excellent bathroom, breakfast was ok. Very hospitable staff. Rooms all overlook the bar but is quiet and well sound-proofed
Not much to say here - good functional business hotel and would stay again

reception unfriendly,
7.0 / 10.0
Nice bar, good restaurant, nice staff there.
You would expect more advantages when visiting a game in the stadium. But you have to move your car from the parking when there's a game, the direct door to the stadium is kept close, there's security everywhere not letting you in anymore and late checkout is not available... The synergy effects when visiting a game are not there!

What I liked the most was the friendliness of the personnel. I believe they have been, in my experience, the kindest I have encountered in Germany. The location is perfect for watching a Bayer match.
What I didn't like was the misunderstanding between booking.com and the hotel. On booking.com, it shows that the check-out time is 23:00, not 12:00. My plans were made thinking I could check out later. Another point that needs improvement is the queue at the reception. Out of the three times I went there, I had to wait at least five minutes. It was very slow. Lastly, the carpet in our room was stained, and the vanity was broken. Such things shouldn't be expected for the price paid per night.

Breakfast is very good and served well.
Expensive.

Private parking, easy access to the hotel, comfortable bed and spacious standard room, and THE SAUNA (a huge treat after a long day of driving). Great breakfast.
The lobby smelled like cigarette smoke which was a bit of a turn off, especially during dinner. The food was average for the price range.
I can imagine that during football season you’d only want to stay here if you were a fan. I know nothing of football and was relieved there wasn’t a game in the stadium the night I was there. The hotel itself is very convenient to fans of course, by design, but also a great hotel in its own right for the rest of us.

Delicious breakfast
Great staff, very accommodating
Rooms quite clean
Charging car might not work for electric cafe outside Germany. Luckily there was a Mcdonalds further down the road to charge. 20 euros a day for parking. Personally thought that was quite expensive

The idea of the hotel at stadium
Getting to the hotel with major road work at the highway next to the hotel. I wasted 30 min trying to get there

nice combi, a hotel in a soccer setting
the water in the shower didn’t drain properly, so there was a flooding in the bathroom and beyond. Also , I wasn’t made aware that I had to pay 20€ for the parking

Location and experience . First time staying in this hotel after supporting leverkusen for 31 yrs.
No refreshments in the room, kettle, coffee machine etc was informed everything is at the bar. Wasn't expecting that from this hotel
Was also informed due to the game bring on. If I left the car park I wouldn't be allowed to return even though I have paid!
