Room was prepared for our arrival, it was super clean, welcome water and chocolate was very nice too. We were more than happy to stay there
Bathroom sink was too small and the shelve above was too big to clean face comfortable. And there was no AC and it was little bit to warm

Affordable, (Mostly) Comfortable, and Well Located! Overall a great place and would stay again.
The Apartment had a modern industrial look and feel (which we liked), and was a good size. It was only about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, which had a 10-15 minute train ride to/from Cologne. There was a nearby burger restaurant which was pretty good, and a small corner shop on the way to/from the train station for snacks and drinks etc. The shower was a great size and worked well which was great after long days of walking around Cologne. While I found the bed to be rather comfortable, my partner struggled more to get to sleep (bed was relatively soft compared to most). Whilst offering a small kitchenette with a hob, microwave, and toaster, they also have a laundrette in the basement of the building but we ended up not needing it.
There are a few smaller things which could be improved to make staying here even better: - Having access to additional pillows would have been good as it was difficult to get the pillows from a lumpy state to something more comfortable. - This is a bit nit-picky but the bottle of shampoo/shower gel was difficult to use as the pump on it wasn't great, it would be better to have a bottle I could pickup and squeeze than have to pump 10 or so times. - The entrance to the building was rather difficult to find without walking all the way around - perhaps better instructions on how to enter would be beneficial. - Additionally, while the online booking guide was good, I would rather have access to an app (If there was one available, it wasn't obvious), since it was difficult to keep finding the link on my phone every time we tried entering the building. - Lastly, the gravel outside of the building made it difficult to wheel suitcases across so is a bit tricky when you have multiple bags.

Interessantes Konzept mit technischen und klimatischen Schwächen.
Sauberes Appartement. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schöne Aussicht ins Grüne. Direkte Nähe zum Bahnhof Opladen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen im telefonischen und Online - Service.
Der Online CheckIn war etwas kompliziert. Die Haustür konnte erst nach telefonischer Rücksprache von der dortigen Zentrale geöffnet werden. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. Die Klimatisierung des Appartements war schrecklich. Sehr(!) warme und trockene Luft in allen Abschnitten, die weder über die Klimaanlage(?) noch über die nicht veränderbare Lüftungsanlage zu verbessern war. Dieser Zustand hielt sich leider über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Die Nacht war entsprechend schlecht.

Beide Türen im Apartment schlossen nicht. Keine Tür zwischen Küche und Flur (ärgerlich wegen der Küchengerüche). Akustik in der Küche. Zu laut mit mehreren Personen . Das Bad ist klein.
