almost perfect except the very high price

absolutely perfect location (Koelnmesse 3 stations away with frequent trains; and also to go for a running with the large and beautiful nearby park); very dedicated man, working hard all the time to keep people happy; very efficient room heating and accurately adjustable; nice desk to work in the room; abundant, tasty and varied breakfast; various lights/lamps for a nice atmosphere in the room; room and shared areas are all perfectly clean; quite a lot of decoration and design arrangements in the bedrooms, stairs, entrance, common rooms (not everything to my taste but at least you see they make efforts to humanise the place, make it personalised and that is agreeable, not a dull neutral place!)

abusive price (at least during an exhibition; not specific to this hotel only, but still not justifiable); missing a fridge and kettle in the room; too soft bed (for my liking); phonic insulation not great as the neighbour's shower is easily audible; poor Wifi connection. No elevator which is no problem for me because I like to move my legs, but for that price it's a bit shocking.

very good value for the money and super friendly staff

super nice host, very flexible about adding a baby bed last minute and giving us a larger room for it at no extra cost. Also super good breakfast, also included in the prize. Nice lounge room as well!

One of our two rooms went to a street with a restaurant underneath that was frying something continuously so it was not possible to open our window without that smell entering our room.

Świetna lokalizacja w kontekście targów w Kolonii. 5 minut od przystanku kolejowego, spokojna okolica, dużo lokali gastronomicznych. Przemiła obsługa, wyjątkowa dbałość o czystość.

Eine "vernünftige" Preisgestaltung vorausgesetzt kommen wir gerne wieder

a) Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig :-) b) Zimmer ordentlich und rein :-) c) Personal/Mitarbeiter sehr entgegenkommend und freundlich :-) d) Die Lage des Hotels war für unsere Bedürfnisse sehr gut (z.B. 5 Min. zur Bahnstation) :-)

Zimmer 25: a) Badezimmer extrem klein und eng, Dusche sehr eng und niedrig, b) gemäß Buchungsbestätigung hat das Zimmer "Stadtblick" - tatsächlich aber Blick auf einen Hinterhof c) kein Lift vorhanden (was beim Bestellvorgang für mich nicht ersichtlich war/ist) d) WLAN-Empfang schwach (im Frühstücksraum überhaupt kein Emfpang :-( e) der "Aufenthaltsraum" war nicht zugänglich

Leverkusen Opladenの駅からほんとすぐ　とても便利でした朝食がとても良かったです 5泊してもちょっとずつ違うので飽きませんし、パンの種類が豊富ですフルーツもありましたし、わずかながらお野菜もあって嬉しかったですスタッフの方がとても親切でした階段しかないので、スーツケースを運ぶのに手伝ってくださったり、部屋のWi-Fiが弱いと言ったら、なんとかしようとしてくれましたしとても地味ですが、トイレットペーパーの位置がちょうど良かったので使いやすかったですシャワールームの扉がちゃんと閉まるので、外がびちょびちょにならないのも良かったですデスクは仕事するのに十分な広さでした歩いて5−10分のところに良いレストランがありました

とにかくWi-Fiが弱いので、仕事にならず、追加でeSIMを買わないといけなかったりと大変困りましたなんとかしようとはしてくださいましたが、一向に良くならずラウンジでは入るのでそこで仕事してもいいですよ、と言ってくださったのですが、PCを置くデスクもないので不便でしたとても残念・・・コンセントがベッドのそばにないのが不便でした駅近なんですが、とても本数が少ないので、気をつけた方が良いと思います初日はスパークリングウォーターがありましたが、なくなってからは補充がありませんでしたので、初日にあって良かった！と思わず、自分で補充する必要があります（笑近くにスーパーマーケットがなかったので、ちょっと不便駅前には簡単なトルコ料理ばかりが何軒もありましたお手軽と言えばお手軽なんですが落ち着いて食べられる雰囲気ではありませんでしたあと、洗面ボウルがコンパクトなので、滞在中に洗濯をしたい場合には少しずつしかできないのでご注意を

Ein wundervolles Frühstück, superfreundliches Personal.

Leider war in unserem Zimmer das Bett sehr weich. Daher haben wir nicht so gut geschlafen.

Freundliches Hotel, wir kommen gern wieder.

Persönliche telefonische Erreichbarkeit; reichhaltiges Frühstück mit freundlichem Service; praktische Lage in der Fußgängerzone; gutes Bett, gutes Kissen. Zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber immerhin ein größerer Ventilator im Zimmer. Wir brachten zusätzlich unseren eigenen mit, so konnte man es nachts aushalten (wir waren während einer Hitzewelle da).

Was nicht zu ändern ist: Keine Klimaanlage und viele Stufen, und wir hatten ein wirklich sehr kleines Bad.

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt,alle Wünsche und Fragen wurden beantwortet,selbst der Hund war als Gast angesehen,was heutzutage leider nicht so üblich ist.Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Zentrale Lage, für Bahnreisende, perfekt. Tolles Frühstück, mein Zimmer hatte sogar eine kleine Terrasse

Sehr zufrieden

Der Chef empfing mich als letzten Gast des Tages persönlich, sehr nett, sehr aufmerksam. Die speziell angefertigte Karte mit umliegenden Lokalen ist eine tolle Idee. Seine persönliche Empfehlung auf das Restaurant "Balkan" war ein Volltreffer. Sehr leckeres Essen und tolle Bedienung

Molt bon esmorzar. Personal molt amable. L'habitació adecuada per a una estada curta, bon descans, sense sorolls del carrer.

El matalàs era massa tou pel meu gust, però per a una estada curta està bé. No hi havia ascensor, per a mi no va ser problema, però potser tenir-ho en compte si es porta més equipatge.

Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr freundliches und um den Gast bemühtes Hotel, in jeder Hinsicht! Unser Zimmer war eher klein, dafür hatten wir ein sonniges Balkönchen zum Hof. Nachts ruhig, wir konnten bei offener Balkontür schlafen. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken zu moderatem Preis. Das Frühstück war gut. Für Gehbehinderte ein bisschen anstrengend, da kein Aufzug und schon zur Rezeption die erste Stiege zu bewältigen ist. Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone ist top. Tiefgarage ist in der gleichen Straße, nur ein paar Meter weiter oben. (Obacht, der Wagen geht da leichter rein als wieder raus 😅, ein Erlebnis). Wir kommen gerne wieder.
