Personnal was very cool ans helping. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage space. The breakfast was very generous.

Just a small problem with the shower where water was leaking under the windows. Difficult to get Wi-Fi reception in the room

All of the condition of the hotel are good, only we need a lift to go up stair.

We don’t take breakfast in the hotel. As we have a car, the location is okay.

There is no lift, it’s not easy to carry the luggage up stair.

Excellent room size, great service and staff very friendly and would go beyond call of duty to assist.

No irons or coffee/tea making facilities in the room. That would be a great addition particularly, if you arrive late when stores are closed. To note this is not a 24 hr hotel. So front desk is closed at a particular time.

Nice place to stay as a basis of sightseeing in the surrounding area.

People were friendly, rooms were large and clean. Sufficient parking spots, easy checking in and checking out.

Not much except perhaps that there is no elevator. With a lot of luggage it would have been nice to have an elevator.

I am bicycle touring the Rhine River

The staff especially Katarina who was the best hotel staff I met. she’s just so happy and sincere with her job and I was touched by the hospitality. The room was big and spacious. it was clean. on-site restaurant made dinner convenient. Dinner was tasty too. Located at quiet area. Nice park nearby.

Absolutely Nothing

The staff except one lady were all extremely racist and made my stay unbearable . The manager mistook my friend as my partner and asked whether “her girlfriend was gonna pay” which was insulting because we are actually siblings.P.S Cockroach in the bathroom and lazy room service . Staff member even walked in on me naked .

Good location with the car, nice motel, good food (breakfast and dinner). Staff was also very nice and helpful

The rooms are not soundproof at all. You can hear word for word conversations next door when people talk at normal volume
