Glenavon is in a calm neighbourhood with some trees close by and lots of roses outside the house. It is about 5 mins walk to the town centre (I don't have a car). I stayed for 2 nights. The bedroom I stayed in, and the shared bathroom, were very clean. The bed was comfortable and cosy and clean. There were clean and cosy towels and bathrobes. The shower was clean and very warm and plenty of water. There was good tea and coffee in the room and a big tv screen. I collected and returned the keys in person. The people were kind to me, and polite and friendly, especially considering that I was abrupt with them on arrival, as I had just read some bad reviews and I asked them about this. But they seemed good quiet people to me and it is a very nice B&B. They gave me a warm welcome and I liked them. It's a very good value, quiet, clean, cosy B&B. They do require a deposit for Glenavon. They have sent a message this morning that they are returning the deposit to me ("pre-authorisation cancelled") and I so guess it will be this week. I guess I would just say that Glenavon is their family home, so if you stay there you need to respect them and their home as you would your own ones. I tried to leave the room and bathroom clean and tidy, took my shoes off at the front door, and respected their home, as when I go to stay with my family.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

The situation and we could park our bikes securely
The outside was a bit messy, and not your fault but people still park across the drive. Not an issue for us on motorcycles
