Clean, compact and functional

Very clean with a comfortable bed. Cheap and functional - a great place to go crash and then go out to enjoy Hunstanton from.

The room was very compact, so it was necessary to sit in the bed to watch the television and I felt crowded by signs asking me not to do things or apologising in advance for deficiencies beyond the owners' control. I sympathise because I suspect these result from bad past experiences the owners have had with obstreperous customers but when tired on arriving, such signs are not exactly welcoming.

Lovely get away weekend with the wife.

Lovely place a stones throw from the sea. Clean warm mins from the Lovely town. Can't fault in anyway. Also the cafe sunset cafe which the Lovely staff also run is the same lovely food warm welcome great staff. And great value for money. All in all a lovely weekend away.

A very comfortable guest house in a great location.

I was made very welcome on arrival. The room was perfect with a comfortable bed and lovely additions like a kitkat with the coffee and hot chocolate! There was a parking space and the guesthouse is 5 minutes away from the sea.

Very pleasant Guest House.

The room was clean and pleasant with a comfy bed. There was also a sea view from our room. Breakfast was excellent and good value and the staff were friendly and efficient. The guest house was located within easy walking distance of all the local amenities. Parking was available for four vehicles and we managed to get one of the spaces. Finding street parking would not have been a problem either but it may be difficult in the summer.

Really nice and relaxing and I'd have no hesitation in revisiting; excellent value for money

Host was very friendly and give good advice about local restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, Bathroom was compact with all facilities clean and working perfectly. Breakfast was superb - not to be missed!

Lovely relaxing stay in a comfortable, clean and friendly hotel.

Lovely decor, exceptionally clean and excellent location. We stayed in a deluxe room on 2nd floor. It was lovely and quiet. The room was well equipped with fan, hairdryer, soap & bodywash. Plus excellent tea & coffee tray that was topped up daily. Towels were beautiful and extra fluffy. We’ll definitely stay there again 🙂

A warm and friendly bed and breakfast, with comfortable rooms and delicious food.

A peaceful and pleasant bed and breakfast, with clean and tidy rooms, a delicious English breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful sea view from the room and attractive interior decoration. A comfortable bed and very close to the seafront. We enjoyed Old Hunstanton beach 15 minute walk along the coast.

The pre-visit email was a bit heavy-handed with managing expectations of guests. The limited parking onsite without explaining other options for parking in the email was a bit off-putting.

Romantic weekend away

The guest house was lovely and breakfast was superb! Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights and had a great time, very friendly staff! Highly recommend this place, close to all amenities in beautiful Hunstanton. Tessa and Paul.

The room with a sea view was amazing, very clean and spacious. the open door policy worked well for us, we were able to come and go as we pleased. short walk to the centre, perfect.

The breakfast arrangement. we were offered an early or late sitting for breakfast which didn't suit us, so we went out for breakfast on Saturday, asked on Sunday if we could have a breakfast and was told we didn't book on Saturday. Was told that a form was left on reception for us to fill in for the next day. We didn't see the form and missed out. So this could have been done better maybe push the form under the door of the room??? Only mentioning this as the Breakfast looked amazing.

Will definitely book again

We were searching for a somewhere to stay at short notice and Sunset Inn had a standard double room available. The hotel is conveniently situated for the sea front, shops and restaurants and our room was very clean, comfortably furnished and had a great view over gardens to the sea. We sampled both the Full English and Continental breakfasts, which were substantial and delicious. Recommended

Excellent, would choose the same b&b if we revisited Hunstanton

Breakfast was beautifully cooked and served. Don't normally have a fried breakfast but couldn't resist it. The location was perfect for a walk into Old Hunstanton along the seafront and the town centre with its restaurants.

A better TV reception would have been nice, couldn't watch most of the channels due to poor reception.

Excellent accommodation

Really good location, third time I’ve stayed here and chose it over cheaper choices as I knew that the quality and cleanliness would be spot on. Didn’t bother with the breakfast on this occasion but has been really good previously. Got parked on the front of the property.

Nothing I would complain about, maybe a bit more elbow room in the en suite but in a single room in a traditional building is acceptable.

Room perfect for my stay.

Comfortable clean room.

Long winded prescriptive answerphone message. Advice is to contact property to give your time for check in. You could not leave a message. Prescriptive email, if you aren't one of the lucky four cars to park, the parking outside is restricted and people could be fined. No mention of this but you are told you can't eat take away or drink alcohol in the rooms!

Welcoming, comfortable, convenient and peaceful.

Spacious and comfortable room, all spotless, with high quality bedding and towels. I sampled both the continental and cooked breakfasts. The former included fresh fruit and warm croissants, the cooked was of high quality and hot, and apart from your choice of egg, was beautifully presented separately so you could help yourself to what you wanted. Location close to town and to beach. I was able to park on the drive, but plenty of spaces nearby should these be full.

This is not a complaint, because I was happy to switch off from technology for a few days, but the wifi was a little unstable and also tv reception.
