We asked for something not on the menu for breakfast and got it. The rooms are lovely and big, very light and airy. The beds very comfortable. All the extra very well thought out.

Weekend break pre Xmas.

Warm Welcome,super comfortable room exceedingly well equipped from tea and coffee to shoe cleaner sewing kit and hot water bottle. The information pack was excellent. Breakfast was also very tasty. Highly recommended.

Perfect

We were transferred to apartment as B&B was closed for the season. Nicola contacted us straight away and offered us an apartment which i must say was exceptional. We come to Hunstanton quite often (visiting family). Will definitely use again.

We could not find a usb port in apartment but thankfully we took a plug one with us. A very small issue, Could not fault anything absolutely perfect apartment

Comfy large room, very light & airy. Nice bedding & towels. Great location & handy parking. Fabulous breakfast & nice chatty hosts. Lots of info available & well equipped with tea/coffee / wine glasses etc. Fabulously quick turnaround during breakfast where bed was made, bins emptied & everything replenished, like the fairies had been!!

Someone elses socks left in a drawer! One of the bedside lights didnt work. Such a windy night the wind whistled through the ajar windows so closed them & still whistled so had to open them quite wide & shut the curtains just to stop me being woken up over & over, think the only solution would be new windows - ouch!

A really relaxing stay. This excellent property is in a quiet and safe location.

We stayed in the Deluxe King Room- room 4. The accommodation was very clean and warm and it was nice to be able to adjust the heating ourselves (Premier Inns take note!). The bed was really comfortable and the bedroom and en-suite were spacious. It was nice to have 2 comfy armchairs and we really appreciated the wealth of information about Hunstanton, its history and things to do. We had excellent cooked breakfasts and there was also a really good range of "non cooked" breakfast food available. It was lovely to have pineapple juice available as well as orange juice - Premier Inns should take note! Our host was kind and courteous and nothing was too much trouble.

Fabulous apartment. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with modern appliances. Perfect location for exploring Hunstanton and surrounding areas. Great on-site parking and super close to all amenities and shops in Hunstanton. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back for another stay in this fantastic apartment.

Superb hospitality

What a gem!! Absolutely stunning guest house right in centre of Hunstanton. Great location with walking distance to the shops, restaurants and the beach. We have arrived earlier than planned but room was ready for us and we've been able to check in straight away. Very nice owner showed us around. Car park at the back of the property was perfect, hustle free and save of money. Room was huge!! Perfect little details like bottle of water, sweets on the pillows, plenty of tea and coffee , toiletries in the bathroom, extra blanket, blow dryer in the room. Fresh milk in downstairs dinning room, available for all the guest. Room was very warm as well, heater at full blow much appreciated in cold November day :) Breakfast in the morning was perfect, cooked breakfast plus plenty to choose from continental option. Fresh fruits, yogurts, cereals, juices. Everything was fresh and with high quality products, not cheap supermarket substitutes. Superb hospitality. We will be definitely coming back when next time in the area

Fantastic accomodation in the perfect location, 3 minute from the theatre which was the purpose of our visit. Very clean and attention to detail was spot on. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

The best of a British B&B!

Ellinbrook Guest House was better than I had expected. Pleasant greeting on arrival, comfortable and clean room, quiet location. I didn't have the full breakfast, but I heard other guests saying how much they enjoyed it. I would recommend it to others.

Very comfortable, clean and cosy in an excellent location in Hunstanton, quiet side street but v close to seafront and all amenities. Private off road parking is a huge bonus. The decor and bedding was lovely; the breakfast was super too. I would definitely stay again if visiting North Nolfolk

Great location. Clean, sizeable room and en suite, with tea making facility etc.as advertised. Good breakfast with lots of options. Freshly cooked and prepared. Richard was on hand for any requests which he supplied quickly and in a friendly manner. Parking on site as well, which was handy.

The location was perfect for the theatre as we had tickets for a show in the evening. There is parking on the property as advertised. The room was spacious and comfortable. Some nice touches such mints and biscuits along with a very good choice of teas and coffees. We had a good nights sleep on a comfy bed and the area is quiet so no outside disturbance. There were good bath sheet size towels which is a treat as so many other places have much smaller towels. We were able to pick what items we wanted for our cooked breakfast which was nicely cooked. There was also a good selection of fresh fruit and yoghurt. Wi- fi is good too.

The shower provided plenty of hot water but I prefer a a more powerful stream.

Perfect for a comfortable stay in a quiet location with free parking available.

The breakfast was exceptional, we enjoyed having the choice of individual items in the cooked breakfast in addition to fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals also available. Attentive and polite service at breakfast, fresh milk is also available to have with a hot drink in your own room. The location is great and we had a view of the sea in the distance.
