There was a lovely cooked breakfast, which was cooked to order, the owners were very friendly + homely; it was a traditional English bed & breakfast

Owing to the street location, there was limited parking, although this obviously isn't any fault of the property

A perfect few days spent in a favourite location

The breakfasts were excellent. The hosts were very pleasant and attentive. The hotel was in a perfect position in the town to be able to walk to all amenities and the sea was visible from the room.

When we arrived the room and facilities were much better that I expected. It looked nice from the pictures but it was much better than I thought. The couple who run it were really warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was really good too.

Relaxing break at The Claremont in Hunstanton

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Claremont. Des and Mo were excellent hosts and in their friendly way made us feel at home and comfortable. Our room ( no. 4 ) was lovely complete with a sea view. Well positioned with a short stroll to the charming town of Hunstanton we can thoroughly recommend the Claremont for a relaxing break.

Great stay great food great value

Lovely greeting when we arrived we were early but it was not a problem. The room was a good size and a sea view it was very clean as was everywhere,plenty of tea coffee milk etc. The owners were very helpful with recommendations for places for us to visit and places to eat. Lovely breakfast our own toaster on the table they seem to have thought of everything. will certainly stay again and would recommend to anyone visiting Hunstanton.

The Claremont Guesthouse in Hunstanton is situated very centrally, which is a lovely resort. Lots of local attractions and a regular coastal bus service which will take you along the picturesque north Norfolk coast. Des and Mo were excellent hosts, highly recommend.

Great welcome from Des and Mo and nothing, really nothing was too much trouble for this couple. Fantastic location with restaurants, bars and the sea all within a few minutes walk, and a good hearty breakfast. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again in the future.

Very clean and comfortable, with friendly thoughtful staff. Good location very close to the sea and bus station (if you're travelling by bus). Good breakfast, and very good value for money for a seaside location.

Had lovely 3 days stay made us feel so welcome

A lot of thought went in to the room tea and coffee plenty of milk loads of space for all jour clothes and yes Plenty of hangers for your clothes and nice comfortable bed and the breakfast was well organised Perfect

The couple were absolutely lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was plentifull and to die for. Great location and a stones throw from the beach.

My room was clean and quiet and had good ensuite facilities. The breakfasts were very good. The guest house was very conveniently located within a few minutes’ walk of the town centre, shops, supermarket, restaurants, bus station, promenade, Norfolk Coastal Path, Esplanade Gardens, beach, heritage centre and church.

The breakfast was excellent and good choice. First time we have been to this hotel but will come again. The hosts were brilliant and very friendly, nothing too much to make you have a good holiday. The hotel was very clean and the bedroom and shower/bathroom met very high standard.

Enjoyable stay would def make this a regular thing if dog restrictions resolved .

Spotless room , breakfast well presented , comfy bed , friendly host , great location and value for money

Shower very poor found it hard to wash hair Dog friendly questioned when advised to leave dog in room or car as not allowed in dining area . This meant we had to eat separately & cancelled a breakfast as not for us . Should be clearly noted on website dogs not allowed which was told it was but cannot find .

Very pleasant.

Had an issue with the duvet as it was feather, to which I an allergic. After speaking to Mo an alternative was found within minutes. Loved being able to make toast at the table!!

Nice property, nice location, lovely hosts.

Breakfast and location were both very good. Everything was spot on, all on time, very nicely cooked. Liked the toaster on the table. Nice touch was the scissors in the pot with the sauce sachets for those of us that don't manage very well.

Excellent full English breakfast, with good veg option. Lovely to be offered cereals and orange juice. We liked making our toast at the table. It was great that we could use the dining room for our own snack tea in the evenings.

Wonderful stay,-I'll be back!

Wonderful stay! Mo and Des are so welcoming. The place is spotless, my room was perfect and the breakfast was special, very tasty! It is just up from the main street but was quiet. There's a lovely lounge guests can use but my room was a very good size with a settee. I loved my stay and will definitely come again. Many thanks to Mo and Des.

The location is excellent and Mo is very friendly. Comfortable bed and good breakfast.

The power of the shower was inadequate. The need to choose your breakfast the night before is not ideal, as one does not always know what they fancy until the morning.

Was the most lovely , traditional and cosy b and b. Great breakfast and the owners couldn’t do enough to make your stay more perfect. I’ll definitely be returning. Incredible value for money too.
