Wish I had booked another couple of days. But will be back.

Lovely breakfast, I like the yoke of my fried egg cooked enough so that the white is lightly cooked on top of yoke with yoke still soft. The plate was hot, you don’t get that in hotels as they cater for the masses.

Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice. Well cooked and presented. John and Liz were perfect hosts. Friendly but not intrusive.

Shower was extremely weak didn’t bother washing my hair for the 2 days as wasn’t confident enough power to remove shampoo. Kettle needs heavily descaling or better still replacing

Lovely spacious room, the owners were so friendly and made us very welcome. The cooked breakfast was the best cooked breakfast I’ve had in years. Highly recommend this property. Excellent value for money!

Disabled friendly self contained lodges excellent standard of cleanliness,cleaned everyday. Breakfast was excellent cooked fresh everyday great local produce everything you wanted was catered for John and Liz were fabulous hosts. We will return already recommended to friends 10 minute walk in to town centre great location.

Perfect Short Break

The accommodation was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.Cooked Breakfast was included with fruit and cereal also. A short stroll to the beach and amenities that Hunstanton has to offer

Friendly welcome, good location and very comfortable

This was my second stay at Ashleigh Lodge and I think it is one of the best b&bs in Hunstanton. John and Liz are very welcoming and friendly hosts and seem to have thought of everything. Things like a fridge in the room with some milk (which was topped up), nice biscuits, face wipes etc were all very welcome. The breakfast was exceptional. You can have a full English breakfast or choose your own components but there are other options such as eggs Benedict or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. The lovely home made fruit salad was a bonus too. I stayed in one of the ground floor rooms off the courtyard and although I didn’t use it the outside seats would be nice on a sunny day.

Great place to stay when visiting Hunstanton and surrounding area.

Very friendly and helpfull hosts, John and Liz. Excellent location, close to beach, and Hunstanton centre. Easy parking. Brilliant breakfasts, great Full English! Room was large and comfortable with all facilities needed: fridge, Wifi, TV, bathroom and shower.

Stayed during heatwave so room hot. Ceiling fan in place but glad we had taken a small fan too. Exceptional weather, otherwise could not fault.

Great comfortable place with an excellent location and friendly hosts.

Stayed for 4 nights and we were both extremely pleased. The room was located off the rear garden (available for use with tables and chairs) and was absolutely fabulous. There were 2 comfy chairs, and a further 2 folding chairs with a folding table tucked away in the wardrobe (the table was very convenient for my chromebook) and an extra duvet. The general facilities were above standard with proper coffee in a little jar, a fridge with milk (topped up), face wipes in the bathroom. Extras like this make a big difference, particularly the fridge. The room and bathroom were very clean and well maintained with a good shower. Breakfast had choices of cereal, fruit salad, yogurt, smoked salmon, toast, but the full English (you choose what you want) is brilliant. Great quality food, cooked well and again it was above standard. Other choices can be facilitated if you speak to Liz and John, who are great, friendly hosts. The location is great, just a few minute walk to the sea front and main town centre. There is on street parking and we found it very quiet and peaceful. All in all this is a fabulous place to stay.

The property we stayed in had everything we needed, the owners were Wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was clean and of good quality, we look forward to returning. They were happy to point out great places to visit or to eat. The breakfast was Great . you couldn't have got better anywhere.
