Old Hunstanton is prettier than Hunstanton!

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. Not too far to walk to seafront and lots of shops nearby. Had a small fridge in the room with daily fresh milk and a large bottle of water supplied by the hosts which was very much appreciated. : ) Only downside was the constant shrieking of the seagulls who perched on the nearby roofs...think it was their breeding season!

Noisy seagulls but nothing the hosts could do about that. : )

Top level service

Immediately on arrival Stuart resolved our parking issue. Both he and Maria made you feel like friends; not customers. Our choices/preferences were remembered the following day, Stuart has total recall. If you're booking breakfast please be aware that it's UP TO £10.50, if you only want a slice of toast you won't be charged £10.50. Stuart and Maria really understand customer service and go out of their way to make you feel special.

What a great place! 😊

No 9 Guesthouse is located in very close proximity to a high street and the beach. A lots of local shops and restaurants around. It’s literally a 30 sec walk to be on the high street. We loved our stay with Stuart and Maria and we definitely will come back soon. They are such a lovely couple and they look after their guests ever so well. The room is nice and clean and nicely decorated. There is a guest book in the room with all information needed and even includes a pen to use to fill in the breakfast choice form - small detail but so thoughtful. There is a fridge with a bottle of milk and a bottle of water inside replenished daily. Bed is very comfortable and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was fantastic! Proper butchers sausage, free range eggs and everything else. Nothing fried which is even better. We asked for an evening meal of pasta that Maria cooked for us and - oh dear, that was the best pasta I’ve ever had 🤤 a proper home cooked meal by an Italian professional cook, I’m so glad we asked for it instead of having another fish and chips by the seaside which were nice but left me feeling ever so heavy on my stomach. Stuart and Maria are a great hosts and so friendly and easy to talk to that you feel you made friends while on holiday. We will definitely come back and book directly with Stuart. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hunstanton!

What a find!

The hosts were very welcoming. Our room was lovely and spacious with the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Everything was extremely clean and the ensuit was great. Breakfast was an experience 😋 amazing nothing fried, scrambled eggs were gorgeous 😍 nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to everyone you'll not be disappointed.

Lovely quiet getaway

Wasn't sure what to expect as it was a last minute booking so not much time to search reviews but can happily say we was not only happy with our choice, but also can't wait to visit again. We was only there 1 night for our anniversary, Stuart and Maria made us feel at home straight away. Couldn't do enough for us and by the time we left, we felt more like friends than a customer. Room was perfect for us, extremely clean and looked after. Highly recommend the cooked breakfast deffinately dosnt disappoint. A short stroll to the centre so everything we needed was within a few minutes walk. Can't wait to visit again hopefully in the very near future

The couple were so friendly lovely greeting showed us to our room. Nothing was to much trouble. Later in the evening we needed more milk . I went an asked an was given another bottle nothing was to much . Room was nice an warm very clean . Our only regret was not asking for breakfast as it looked lovely . I would recommend this place it was great

A little guesthouse which offered a lot

it was so clean, the bed was so big & comfortable there was fresh milk & bottled water in the fridge. tea, coffee & biscuits were also provided. fresh towels each day the guesthouse was only a minutes walk from the Main Street and 2 minutes from the beachfront. Maria & Stuart was so accommodating & made sure everything was ok which I will say it was better than ok.

Very friendly and helpful owner, great separate from house room with own entrance come and go as you please.Quiet and a good nights sleep.

Parking can be a problem depending on arrival time as the street was full of parked cars but the owner helped us with a solution later on.

So Welcoming

I booked the accommodation for my parents, and as my Dad has mobility problems, I contacted the guesthouse to ask if my Mum and Dad could be accommodated on ground level if possible, and my Mum and Dad were offered amazing accommodation in the courtyard. They really enjoyed their stay, and were even served breakfast in their own room. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, and they were so welcoming and so kind, thankyou so much. Would definitely return again, and can't recommend them high enough.
